Okay, let's maybe think about what these choices mean. We've just transitioned into the Warp. There's spiritual essence everywhere, but the Gellar Field - or the Chaos equivalent - is keeping it at bay. The choices, therefore, probably dictate how easy it is to pierce it and draw in Warp energy.
If everything calms down quickly and nothing much happens, it means that the Gellar Field is strong. Nobody can pierce it to get at the vast quantities of qi outside, which means we won't be able to get at it either. Searching for a source of qi will still be difficult going forward.
If we're swamped wtih medical duties, that means that it's possible, but dangerous to our health. People are sensing the spiritual energy outside and successfully drawing it in through the Gellar Field, but fucking themselves up in the process. This means that we can get access to qi going forward, but only at risk.
And I'm going to make a gamble here and say that absolute pandemonium means it's easy, and possibly even relatively safe - the pandemonium comes from all the newbies from the sect suddenly being supercharged and acting as cultivators do. It might also be that it's hard to stop, or similar, but on the balance of things I suspect that "absolute pandemonium" means we'll have the easiest time getting spiritual energy going forward, but so will everyone else, young masters included. It also gives us the biggest problem right now.
As such, rather than picking this for "making a good impression by helping with medical stuff", I'm specifically choosing the middle option to deny other cultivators safe access to Warp energy and accepting that we ourselves will be playing with fire every time we cultivate during Warp transitions, trusting on our superior constitution to make up the difference. I do, however, still expect this to be a downside going forward.

I think Pandemonium is one of more of the cultivators (psykers) breaking through the Gellar Field and getting possessed by a demon.

It is also possible it represents a more traditional Gellar field failure, and there is some level of wild qi overload issues, such as mass spontaneous cultivation events, physics not permitting some part of the ship's systems from functioning, or significant quantiles of minor spirits running rampant.
If nothing else being an on call doctor during every warp transition would give Yon less time to cultivate
