Echoes of Eternity: A Warhammer 40k Necron Lord Quest

[X] Plan: Attack Dog
-[X] The Flayer Queen – "The Broken Butcher"
-[X] Servant of the Silent King – "The Unyielding Hand"
-The Body:
–[X] Fused with a Destroyer Frame
–[X] Scarred but Resolute
–[X] Unflinching Will
–[X] Cursed by the Flayer Virus
-The Soul:
–[X] Eldritch Nightmare
–[X] The Unyielding Spark
–[X] Ingrained Superiority
-The Other Place:
–[X] Warp-Resilient Mind
–[X] Null Aura
-Those Who Follow:
–[X] Bloated and Inefficient Legion

The math should check out, but I'm in a hurry right now so I can't really double check properly.

Anyhow, this plan is centred entirely on the idea of being the Silent King's insane attack dog he's probably going to throw in the direction of a Tyranid hivefleet, which we will do with a wide smile on our face.

This should be interesting.
[X] Plan: I'm too old for this shit
Has my vote for now.

Also I think people are very much sleeping on how powerful this could be.
[] Recovered from the Flayer Virus (-1 Points)
Increased control over Flayed Ones, +1 Intrigue, immunity to the virus's effects.
The Necrons fear only two things, both related to one another. That being resurgent/escaped C'tan shards, and Llandu'gor's (one of the two utterly annihalted C'tan) death curse, the Flayer Virus. The Flayer Virus (and the potential for other such curses) scared the Necrons so much that its the reason they didn't annihilate all of the hated C'tan but rather broke them apart and stuffed them into pokeballs Tesseract Labyrinths instead. And we could be immune to that.

Also +1 intrigue is very nice when the vast majority of inter-Necron interaction is shadow politics and knowing what you can get away with according to a legal and honour code that makes the Lex Imperialis look like a five page briefing in comparison.

I kinda would like this but I do not want to split the Cynic vote... although approval voting exists I guess

Damn. I wonder which plan will win?

Alright, worked up a plan that's both hopefully balanced, coherent and amusing in practice with just a wee bit of challenge thrown in there.

[x] Plan: I'm not dead yet you ingrates
-[x] The Overlord – "The Eternal Scourge"
-[x] The Cynic – "The Seeker of Flesh"
-[x] Recovered from the Flayer Virus (-1 Points)

-[x] Marked by Feuds
(+1 Points)
-[x] Benevolent Overlord (0 Points)
-[x] Rebellious Subordinates (+1 Points)
-[x] Lingering Wraith (+3 Points)
-[x] Null Aura (-3 Points)
-[x] Warp-Resilient Mind (-2 Points)
-[x] The Broken Flagship (+1 Points)

-[x] Legions of Precision (-2 Points)
-[x] Pristine (-1 Points)
-[x] Regenerative Frame (-1 Points)

-[X] Psyker Bane (+3 Points)
-[x] Cartographer of the Tomb-Worlds
(-2 Points)
-[x] Master of the Voidship (-1 Points)
Start: M9 D7 T5 G8 I7 L6
End:M12(13 Warp) D8(9 Organic) T5 G9 I6 L7
The Good;

Flayer immunity, a damaged better than Cairn Class ship, Warp immunity and nullifcation, combat regeneration, loyal combat heroes+large Immortal to Lychguard forces, additional unawakend Tomb worlds with attendant Necron pops, we have the remanents of a soul! (absolutely critical for reversing biotransference, one of the big cannon issues is every Necron has Hollow Vessel which precludes anything easy) and we can use exsisting organics as a subject levy to reduce the irreversible permanent casualties we take among our personal forces.
The Bad;
One of our underlings is either another Dynasty's plant or is a homegrown wannabe Usurper, another Dynasty is guarrenteed to give us trouble whenever they feel they can risk it, we have the fragments of a soul in 40k and the damage to it is giving us something like schizophrenic episodes, our better than Cairn Class ship is damaged, Demons+Eldar+other minor psykic species hate us, we were at some point infected by the Flayer virus (that is going to be used in the rumour mill against us because you don't get better from the death curse of a C'tan if it takes hold of you).
The Funny;
Demons and Psykers hate us because we just can't stop winning (we are both directly immune to them by perks and are part of the race that regularly trolls them, see the old Pyriahs, the Pyriah Nexus, see the last missions of SM2, see
the end of Battlefleet Gothic Armada II's Necron campaign - yes that is the Cicatrix Maledictum shown there), Cairn class ships are already I Win buttons against anything short of Eldar Craftworlds + attendants or major Imperial Crusade Fleets in the lore and we have something better than a Cairn class even if it is damaged, if done right the only thing more hilarious than Necron court drama (legal, shadow and Royal) in 40k is the life of an Ork from the perspective of an Ork.

I am also still approval voting for the older plan because to be honest I think I'm way too late on submitting this. And also calculated it's final stat line for breverity.

The cryptek plan gives us the most diversity in choices. Custom upgrades for our body to help achieve divinity. Tools no one else will have. A necron scholar aspiring to godhood would know things no one else does and knowledge is power. Add in an army that we can upgrade to our liking and you have a powerful force. More so if we rebuild the world engine.

Just think of all the creative and horrible ways we could kill the enemy.

@boredblues

Did we steal some important tech of theirs? I can see it happening on the quest to attain godhood. That and we still have something of our soul so we might be able to grasp some of their tech. Not sure what else a cryptek would be known for. That or humiliating one of their pantheon.
