Data in a System? Depends on a number of factors.

time to take the social tutors, then mental, and the physicals that might be needed
Define "Circle Member."
Don't they want us to find a man of stone@Yzarc, what specifically do the spirits what us to do to help restore the world soul again?
Circle Member is someone Heroic. Who would have gone on to achieve great and terrible things. Think of them as potential Sebastian Thor or even Olinious Pious. PeOple who would qualify for an exaltation and are paragons, exemplars who stand out.Define "Circle Member."
Could that one keep up with Lorgar or Fan, given judicious use of Verdant Emptiness?
Fix/make a Worldspirit and fux the tectonic plate damage. You need a man of stone for the second.@Yzarc, what specifically do the spirits what us to do to help restore the world soul again?

That's not entirely true. Even aside from discussion about whether heroes are born or made diegetically, there are canon charms (and a fansplat thaumaturgy) that turn Extras into Heroic Mortals.Nope. You can bring a horse to water but you cannot make it drink from it.
Being heroic is an innate quality similar to True Faith but one that cannot be wished for.
It is more of what you are and not what you can do.
Is there any reason whatsoever to pick 1-2 Followers instead of getting a Hero with two Professions? Or to get a Hero with only one profession instead of two?So pick as few (one) or as many (Seven) as you want. Each have only one Profession.
This is mainly because if you pick 7 people, you need to get them 7 different labs within the year for them to stick around. Is there any reason whatsoever to pick 1-2 Followers instead of getting a Hero with two Professions? Or to get a Hero with only one profession instead of two?
So we basically always want a fully skilled Hero (no trade-offs for not specializing) or at least three Followers to make up for it. Would the Circle Member be better in his fields than a Follower? And is it fair to assume that all of these would be familiar with a broad range of technology, with the likes of the Metallurgicus, Alchemys and Hespherstari just being better at their specialties/having access to higher tech stuff? This is mainly because if you pick 7 people, you need to get them 7 different labs within the year for them to stick around.
7 professions require 7 labs.
The Hero comes equipped with his/her own.
So no reason to skim out the Hero.
Considering we're poaching this guy rather than sending him back to become Fabricator General, I disagree.I think that we're making a crucial decision about the future of this branch of the Mechanicus, about what they value. This is about social engineering, not anything else.
