She's not an Android. She's a limbless Saiyan hybrid in powered armor, which she mentioned. The tech does link to her mind, so she's definitely a cyborg, but her torso, head, and organs are pretty much normal, especially when compared to Dr. Gero's "Androids."

I meant "Android" in the "Dragon Ball's charming translation accuracy" sense, but that works too. Mato will also have free upgrades for your cybernetics on offer. Given his specialty, he'd probably be even better working on yours than on Cyrax's equipment.

this seems to be best.

Also, @Aranfan, @PoptartProdigy, I'm thinking about not allowing FPSSJ to be a thing just yet. I'm justifying it with 'the people who trained to that point already spent 3 years before then getting stronger, so it can be assumed trying to get to FPSSJ with a 1.5 mil PL would take more than 1 year'.

You're thinking we need to reach the "Basic SSJ" base power level cap of 70 million first?

Knock 'em dead, Genon.

Anyway, I'll probably try to do a bit of IC setup type stuff. @Nathaniel Wolff , what options are available for Appa to get non-fighting training? As in, school and the like?
Most of the families home-school here. I mean, some people do run classes on topics like economics and history, but usually if you want to learn something like woodcarving or stuff like that, you find someone who knows that stuff and bug them into helping you. Or hit the library.

So, I wonder, who do you all think Mr. Shadowy from that Another Time omake is?

Cause Cynthia knows the Roshi bulking. Her teacher in Krillin Style insisted that his students learn at least one trick from another school to spring on people (Cynthia chose Light Genade), and either Bulking or Kaio-Ken to surprise people who get into beam struggles with you. Because that's the kind of stuff I figure Krillin Style goes in for.

She's going to try the Roshi Bulking right now, and I want to know how much of a boost it will give.

Isn't Roshi's bulking just an immature version of the powering up scenes (since he has much less power)

That was not at all the impression that I got, notably the only times other people bulk up when powering up is Goku with Kaio-Ken vs Vegeta, and Vegeta and Trunks vs Cell.
Well, we know that they basically lead up to the same effect, just on a higher scale; swelling the muscles to increase power. But... we're still figuring out the exact parts of that.

Give us a minute.

Okay, so:

I've decided to go with this explanation for ASSJ and USSJ.

Basically, it's attempting to draw more power from the source of Super Saiyan by force. But, because you're brute-forcing the transformation and not actually going through with the requirements for SSJ2 or 3, your body can't handle the raw influx of power and sends most of it to the muscles as a self-defense mechanism.

Since I consider Bulking Up to be forcing the body to produce more ki via muscle expansion... hmm. They operate on two different sources, definitely.

So... attempting to Bulk Up as a Super Saiyan probably wouldn't work.
