It occurs to me that Tulsa is going to be a fast motherfucker. Shimakaze is going to be so jealous.

(Shimakaze's max speed is just under 41 knots. Tulsa's should be 47 knots, with the ability to sustainably go 44 knots.)

Several possibilities stand out to me:

A: She doesn't, but Abyssals are creatures of habit and their habit is making life difficult for Kanmusu.
B: She doesn't, but since she's become a sort of inside-agent it's her job to do so anyways.
C: She doesn't and is just being an ignorant child (although I repeat myself).
D: She didn't, until she tried to use her toy plane to play catch with us and we reacted by freaking out and shooting at her.
E: She does.

Was playing Exalted the other day with some friends, made my character Hoppo and it paid off immensely.
