I would say Hitler's genius was recognizing that a forceful personality could push a very consensus oriented culture like the German people in the direction he wanted by just acting like he was leading. In my generation and older, when a group of boys were unsure of their directions in the outdoors (even Boy Scout excursions), the most forceful personality took the mantle of leadership (with a 9 out of 10 chance of being the biggest idiot) and the party promptly finds swamps, tribulations, etc and sometimes where they wanted to go in the first place.
Most of the time Hitler could get away with it. Guderian was the only one who would ever contradict Hitler to his face, call the plan idiotic, or even shout back at Hitler.
But can we keep the modern politics out of the fun threads please?

Yup. Base Strike best doctrine. But even carriers aren't as important as having enough defensive divisions and air power on hand to, well, *survive the Red Army*.

Should be at least somewhat plausible. Being Herr Hans von Rommel the Third, GLORIOUS DNVP MEMBER WHO WANTS TO BE KAISER, is probably going a bit far
Joking aside, I'm not going to say you can't be shenanigans happy with your character. That would take out half the fun of allowing pseudo-RP in the first place. But don't go completely hog-wild either. They should be something that at least somewhat fits as a member of the Reichstag, even if a bit...unique.
In other words, you can go part-anime but you can't go FULL ANIME.

Generally speaking I'll okay something if the character looks like it works, if I can expect discretion on some of the more funky things. In other words, the character works well enough that even if the bio is a bit all over the place it can be made to work.
