Forgot the (TM) there, somewhere[X] Bring Nobody
We can give them the Full Mordred experience.
It would be interesting and all, and I would love to see it develop... and crash eventually, because I think it would be much better for Annabelle to sort things out between people that sparked the conflict that consumed them all, giving it a resolution and a happy ending that was denied to Artura. Personally, I root for Matthew. Childhood sweethearts FTW, and he was the person who, as far as we know, contributed the least to it.I dunno, I'd actually like to read a mature take on Annabelle romance, sadfeels drama and all
"Kids never like hearing that one," Bone says, a slight smile in his voice. "I hated it. But being young is like having tunnel vision. You don't realize how many opportunities are out there that you ain't even learned to see yet. So when you get a kid who's spent his whole life fighting, all he can see is the next war."
You drum your fingers on the window in a manner that is not at all nervous or guilty.
Yep, you're definitely fine. No problems here. You only need to break three of the guy's fingers before he gets the message.
That's a good question tho. At this point, I think Mordred made more of an impression, for all that the encounter was brief....I wonder what we even did that got Gemma's attention. Aside from her entry scene and the music club where we gave a lackluster performance, we really haven't been doing much socializing on-screen.
I feel like they will comment that this love triangle thing seems forced ala SAO since most of the interaction that's apparently precipitating this situation is happening in the glazed over school days.

I really woudn't want Morgan to stand in the way of that.

Merlin may not have been involved in the Round Table conflict, but he sparked off Mordred's rebellion. He didn't make the bomb, but he lit the fuse."Prince Mordred, listen to me," Merlin says. "You are the only one who can check my work. The only one who can help me work through the final obstacles. With your help, we could create a new golden age…an unending golden age."
"She would rule forever," you say again, and then you leave.
Maybe? I mean, we can't help it when our memories of the past interfere with what we think of the Knights (and if Annabelle and Ginny are of any indication, what they think of us), and Mordred was probably the closest person to her (and vice versa). That kind of attraction is half-conscious on our side (while the players know they want Morgan to date best girl and vote those decisions in, the character has no idea why he gives her more attention than other Knights), when we can rationalize the longing for the company of our lost friend, but is purely unconscious on hers since she can't even begin to guess the reasons for it.Maybe Morty is just her type? Kinda boring, as explanations go, but certainly based on RL.
Contributed the least to the love drama that put half of the kingdom to the torch and made Mordred into a gunpowder keg that would be set off by the slightest spark.
As soon as I get the deets on Ep 4's events
The party is in, and then maybe this last update.
Aubrey and Morded's arsonist ways are offscreen, we'll probably see the beginning of the waifu war instead.
