Dark Prince of Camelot

In one story, Cu Chulain kills five hundred men in two blows and only refrains from a thousand to avoid ending it too quickly.
"It is then that he threw the thunder-feat of a hundred, and the thunder-feat of four hundred, and he stopped at the thunder-feat of five hundred, for he did not think it too much for this equal number to fall by him in his first attack, and in his first contest of battle on the four provinces of Ireland; and he came forth in this way to attack his enemies, and he took his chariot in a great circuit about the four great provinces of Ireland, and he put the attack of an enemy among enemies on them. And a heavy course was put on his chariot, and the iron wheels of the chariot went into the ground, so that it was enough for fort and fortress, the way the iron wheels of the chariot went into the ground; for there arose alike turfs and stones and rocks and flagstones and gravel of the ground as high as the iron wheels of the chariot.

The reason why he cast the circle of war round about the four great provinces of Ireland, was that they might not flee from him, and that they might not scatter, that he might make sure of them, to avenge the boys on them; and he comes into the battle thus in the middle, and overthrew great fences of his enemies' corpses round about the host thrice, and puts the attack of an enemy among enemies on them, so that they fell sole to sole, and neck to neck; such was the density of the slaughter."

Sun Wukong tanks two mountains dropped on him and could leap more than halfway around the world in one bound.
No references this time, sorry.

Beowulf wrestles a Dragon to death while old, poisoned, and weaponless.

All these are less than the Knights? Wow.
Especially when Excalibur was a flashbang sword and the best feat was Sir Kay turning into a giant by inhaling.
To be fair this is an original universe already playing fast and loose with Arthurian Myth (As it should), so we really can't build power levels for other mythologies in it yet.

I'd also only include Western Myths in the discussion right now as we have no indication of other mythologies at this point anyways. Eastern myths are their own special brand of power leveled bullshit and would be coming way out of left field right now.

Dude, this is Gally's own universe. It's whatever he wants it to be, especially as it can be all easily explained away by the exploits of the past being distorted by time.

I mean, that's kind of like how people bitch about how Gilgamesh is basically nothing like his RL counterpart in the Nasuverse. It's Gally's world, he makes the rules.

Clearly he should include that one knight who could stretch his lip over his own head.

I do have another question for you. If the candle goes out will the accociation between Morgan and Mordred happen immediately?
Oh yeah I meant to answer this last time. It won't be immediate, but they'll realize it the next time they think about mordred or Morgan.

The knights in this universe are a bit more impressive. When Artura destroyed the Lucidian army, their numbers were literally beyond counting. They couldn't all fit on the battlefield so they were camped out on other worlds connected by large gates. It took Artura two weeks of straight fighting to reach the last world, but by the time she was done most of the worlds were uninhabitable, if they were even there at all.

Most important question, was Excalibur upgraded from boring-but-practical flashbang sword to beam sword, or was that all basic skills and power?

Legends are irrelevant in this case. Excalibur's abilities have already been described in quest.
In this case it is. I asked about the potency of other legends compared to the Arthurian Mythos, mentioned the power levels in the Tain bo Cuilange, and compared that to the legend of Excalibur shining like the dawn. Then I asked how it was upgraded to surpass the feats I mentioned.

Which update was Excalibur's abilities described in?

I don't think it has been properly pinned down yet. We do know that our Heraldry is a mirror of Excalibur, so any abilities Caledfwlch displays could be attributed to Excalibur and vice versa.

Which at the moment include: the ability to cut through dimensions and bullshit passive buffs.

[X] "Believe it or not, I'm not planning to hurt you nor anyone else you care about. My...quarrel was with Queen Artura and her knights, not Annabelle Pilgrim and her friends. And before you ask, no, I had no part in Gemma's decision to leave."
- [X] But if you want proof of my goodwill, some time ago the Unseelie Court stole an Architect enchantment matrix from Morgana, who's currently masquerading as some Countess vacationing in France. What they're planning to use it for, I have no idea. That's up to you.
-[X] Several more artifacts have been changing hands recently, and about half of them could be used to build a magical nuke. I don't know if all of them ended up in the Court's hands, though.

.....So Artura was basically a walking, leashed ELE.

@Frakir's brother, dude, you are barking up the wrong tree here. For one reason or the other, you have assumed that All Legends are True. We do not have confirmation, or any evidence, that Cu Chulainn or Sun Wukong existed, let alone the real deities of either pantheon. The only "gods" we have seen are the Lucidian Pantheon, who were slaughtered by Artura. So don't get upset over your favorite mythology not being strong enough, when we don't know if they even exist in this universe.

(Besides not even Cu Chulainn wants to be in the path of a Hindu Demigod. :p)

Okay, I'm really enjoying this Quest. I've got a few questions.

Is there a prequel to this? I read something about 'season two' of Magical Knight Artura'. Can anyone give me more info?

Nice to see you here man, and no. That's mostly a joke about this Quest being a Magical Girl anime. I think Zhead was the one that started that joke with his 'episodic review' omakes.

Say no to drugs, kids. Even cool magical drugs that look like cats and make you feel the music.

You stumble, and the world ripples as if it were reflected on water. You tap your feet against the ground, and are only somewhat surprised when you float up lazily into the air.

It's certainly a more subdued rush than the last one, hallucinations aside. Though your thoughts do feel slow and ponderous in your head, as if making their way through heavy mud. You wave your arms and spin midair, until your feet are pointing to the ceiling and your eyes are angled at the far wall.

...

"I second that," you murmur, floating up into the air again. "I second all those no's."

...

You giggle despite yourself, and the world around you ripples.
While I'll agree that Mordred isn't stoner-high, this really doesn't seem like someone who is in full control of his faculties.
The pictures all depict the same three people – Annabelle, a stout, older black haired man who must be Annabelle's father, and a black haired girl with a few years on Annabelle. At the end of the hall is a single picture of Annabelle's father, looking significantly younger, with his arms around a young, black haired woman.
Huh. Has this come up before? Because genetics generally don't work this way...

Throwing it out there:
[X] Flinch and look away.

By the way, would it be alright for me to write an omake for this Quest? I know others have done so, but I'm just a bit paranoid about doing it, as this would be my first time writing an omake for a Quest.
