no i got that i mean for V and the heist gig. did anyone involved try and find out wtf was up with the SECURITY lockdown of Watson that had the hotel of Yorunobu Arasaka along with the presence of the arasaka super carrier just off/docked in Night City?

While controlling the Flathead, you do run into a conversation between the Mayor and several Arasaka agents where it's shown that Arasaka is the faction putting pressure on him to lock down Watson, though I don't recall if it's made clear if it's Yorinobu's faction or his father's.

It could be Saburo trying to slow down any potential sale of the Chip, or Yorinobu increasing security.

No matter what, it all adds up to the Heist in question giving some extremely bad vibes that should probably have anyone whose fondest ambition isn't to get a drink named after them to pull the plug on that whole job.

I actually like the open world aspect of the game more than the story missions. The city itself is my favorite character, and is a really well-realized world. Just an outstanding piece of art. Been having way more fun just fucking around the city than I did having characters get up in my face to yell at me about shit I can't control.

Though, a lot of the missions are also pretty opaque and weird.

El Capitán's DLC carjacking missions are a mystery wrapped in an enigma. Each one more bewildering than the last.

El Capitán, why am I stealing a junked car from a demolition derby?
Why does it have to be a demolition derby attended by a dozen Maelstrom cyborgs?
Out of the junked cars, does it need to be the MaiMai microcar? I'm not sure I can fit in there.
El Capitán, I just climbed into the sports car parked here. I had to move it out of the way of the junked microcar. Are you sure you don't want the sports car instead? No? Okay. I'm bringing you the MaiMai. Only you're not getting the whole thing since the bumper just fell off...

Is this actually about jacking cars, or is this some kind of Mr. Beast gameshow situation?

So, just a random question.

Is Milfgard an existing company within the Cyberpunk universe, or was it a reference to CDProjekt's other famous game?

The fact that it sounds like a cross between a Witcher reference and a crass joke about a porn genre makes me think that it's a CDProjekt joke. (Also the term "MILF" originated in 1999 in the film American Pie, nearly a decade after Cyberpunk 2020.) I tried checking a couple Cyberpunk wikis, but I found nothing, not even a page about an appearance in the video game. I'm pretty sure that most of the stuff in the ads is created specifically for the video game. The tabletop game wasn't quite so sex-obsessed.

In matters of taste the customer is always right, and El Capitán's customer service is second to none.
