If memory serves, Alucard and his progeny are the only vampires with the 'summon the souls of your victims as familiars' power, at least for the purposes of this quest's WoG.
Like, say, Mina Harker?

You mean the one that's a skeleton?
What is dead may never die.
If thats the case, why does Death always go down like a wuss in the Castlevania games.
Oh, he can do that from the Manor. That's not really an issue. I didn't want to necro the thread just to ask for clarification, because I forgot to originally, so I just left him at the manor with the majority of the Wild Geese, Integra, Seras, Walter and Tomi. Honestly, it wouldn't have changed much besides without him, everyone at the manor would be dead. So I figured this would be the preferred way for it to work out.I was under the impression that Kagatsuchi was going to come with one of the groups, so that he could actually do his firey-death absorption thing...
Ah, Walter was there. That explains everything, then.Oh, he can do that from the Manor. That's not really an issue. Hey, Anderson, make that Two Heathen GodsBehold the blessings of Pinkamena upon you, for she has sent me to answer your prayers!
Oh, Andersons fairly Awesome. Overly Zealous definitely, but he's a nice enough guy off duty, especially to kids.Actually, now I'm hoping Anderson survives somehow. Because of all the shenanigans that can ensue.
...wait what?... ... ... ... ... ... Millenium had to organize a whole thing with Integra on her own in a car with Walter so he could face off with his DESTINED ENEMY so he could do the whole "IMMA BETRAY YOU FOR YOUTH SO I CANS FIGHT ALUCARD"...
how the heck did he get redirected at the manor? like, the entire fucking point of his treachery was regret about not fighting Alucard when he was in his prime...
Well, sure, that's possible I suppose. Though his heavy insistence on sending Alucard to the aircraft carrier and seeming annoyance at us when we suggested other plans kinda makes me really suspicious. We don't actually have confirmation that Walter has betrayed us, do we?
With all these supernatural fluffies around he might pop a murderboner for someone else.
Hinted that he did, and Kagutsuchi was what saved the manor crew from a TPK.We don't actually have confirmation that Walter has betrayed us, do we?

If an undead Nazi wielding the power of the Japanese god of fire is the better outcome, then we should have just left London to burn.
