Elementals continue to be adorable.
 
The magical demonstration seems dodgy, it doesn't feel like a good idea to randomly appear in a marketplace and the lack of magic in the world of the stone road may be a problem. There seems to be some sort of person in the first option that's sad and alone, probably the most likely to help us.

Huh pool of blood hijacking our senses... would explain how we can understand them bit clearly the fact that the singer is still working on tje lyrics means its not a mondless horror if it is a horror....

That doesn't make too much sense to me.

Pool of blood is exactly the kind of thing that the fairy tales Melia knows are warning her and other children about. By the lyrics, it seems to me that the song is meant as a lure, well, not during practice right now, but when it's in use. Even if demo was artillery, it still wouldn't have the active and present danger of a magical creature right there.

I want to try the possibly-a-warzone above the pool of blood. I'd prefer the pool of blood over the road. I'd prefer the marketplace over the road.

Note that we're likely to produce another screaming tear in reality on the other end of the marketplace portal.

The road just seems a bit boring.

I'm going to come down on the pool of blood as a trap. No thanks.

Both the marketplace and the pool of blood put us right in the hands of something which can exert power over us. We have no idea what kind of morality to expect from the beings in those places. The pool of blood is more worrisome since blood comes from people who often stop functioning after its removal... But the marketplace is a crapshoot since we have basically no information about it. Both of the options share that we are willingly giving up the initiative and placing our well being beyond our control.
