Actually is it only his hand cause perfect being Kars might be able to keep regrowing hands and other things and would explane the infinte QB's and their unconcerned attitude about being hunted. This fits to well.
 
So, we're at 4 Heroic Willpower, forever, minus however much we burn?

That sucks. ....a logical limitation to such a mechanic given the circumstances and setting we're working with, but I still don't have to like it.

That might actually be a good idea, seriously I'm not joking. Think about it, the Joestars are probably some of the only people in the world who can actually relate to her AND get her attention long enough to realize that. There is no way she could back down from DDR if we ended up challenging her and if we win?

Physically, you're about seventy years old and your lungs are in rotten shape. There are ways to improve yourself such that you gain more Heroic Willpower, regenerate Heroic Willpower, or both.

I'm just not going to confirm what they are.

For someone in our 90's, we're in damn good shape.
