I think one of the more probable ways of getting a regenerating Heroic Willpower, is retraining Joseph in Hamon, using Heroic Willpower to do it if necessary(It will be necessary, given the state of Joseph's lungs)

But he hates hard work. Do you know how much effort that would entail?!
 
I think it'd be a far more fair idea to try to at least acknowledge the voice. It makes little sense for us not too, and just simply exiting the labyrinth while leaving everything hanging is a waste.

Really, vote for the superior option. The one that has us doing something other than leaving. Or at the very least make an effort to discover where the voice is coming from.

The only thing that can likely heal Joseph's lungs is either a stand or a Magical Girl, Mami might be able to do it. Sayaka if she contracts definitely. Other magical girls are a maybe. Keep in mind Homura was able to completely fix her eyes in a second. While the lungs have considerably more surface area there is precedence.

Unfortunately, people are voting on the option that has us getting as far as possible from the one magical girl we meet without even making an effort to acknowledge the voice. Which does not exactly put us on even the possibility of the path to having our lungs healed. Well, not unless Shizuka contracts, which despite certain people getting hyped is an incredibly bad thing.
