Command: Modern Air & Naval Operations: Let's Play and Expansions

Oh ok. I look up what the current mission packages look like, then manually add the sensors/weapons to the ship. The devs were aware enough to add 2 "LCS Mission Module" mounts and even have a specific ASuW mount you can add, but I don't bother using it (dated). It looks like this:

Notice, that my erstaz ASuW mission package uses air-launched hellfires (AGM-114L instead of RGM-114L). There is almost no functional difference.

For Funsies, and in the interest of tormenting Seadart by wasting time instead of finishing the scenario let's add some more Umph to the LCS' ASuW package.

Someone name a weapon the LCS should have in it's ASuW module.
SS-N-19?

LOL ok since the fuckin' first three nerds managed to synchronize your votes for a SS-N-19, I'll go with that.

Bam done. The USS Fort Worth now has 4 SS-N-19 Shipwreck missiles available.

I held off on the nuclear option though.

Yup, there is literally nothing stopping the scenario creator from shoving weapons onto a hull. I can put Triton missiles on a RHIB boat if I want to. I can put an AEGIS BMD radar on an A4 Skyhawk if I feel the need. The only thing that "limits" me in this regard is some wonkiness with the magazines and the weapons themselves have characteristics limited by the database (which players can not edit). For example.....

Who thinks LRASM is bad ass and would be awesome if you filled every VLS cell on an Ohio-class SSGN with them for anti-surface warfare or interdiction of maritime shipping?

Can you give the North Korean Navy (they have one right?) Shipwrecks? If anything it'll probably stabilize this bizarre alternate universe.

Might be educational to use an SS-N-27A "Sizzler"/Klub.

Well I did both, I put Klubs in the torpedo tubes and magazines of my Ohio and LRASM in the 154 cells of the VLS.

Note: I multiple identical LRASM weapons on the Tomahawk VLS mount. That's because the database only has 6 sizes of LRASM in it (29, 32, 40, 61, 64, and 10000). So I had to mix and match to get 154, well I didn't HAVE to I could have just used the one with 10000 and only put in 154 of them, but I wanted to show off my sick math skills.

NOW, WHO WANTS TO KILL SOME SHIPPING WITH THIS BEAST?

I do hope that's a rhetorical question.
Why can't we all just get along?

I do hope that's a rhetorical question.

I'm actually stalling for time while I do stuff in the editor like putting targets in and an ISR aircraft so I can actually detect them.

The size of the magazines I meant. I guess those numbers are based on the size of the US VLS cell counts or whatever. 64/32 match Arleigh Burke, 40 matches the Zumwalt, 29 and 61 matches the Ticonderoga. 10000 is the catchall size for anything not covered specifically.

Anyway, I've found my targets thanks to a MQ-4C Triton (with forward firing 105mm howitzer). So I try to attack and...

And there we have the database limitations I mentioned earlier...The LRASMs are meant to be used by surface units. So when I put them on a sub they retain the launch envelope limitations of a surface ship. To use them on my SSGN I have to surface. Not cool.
