...Because she's the most fit? I mean, even in origins series and A's, Nanoha seems unusually mature for her age. And definitely better at motherhood compared with Usagi.

...Also, random question. Can Phoenician build gov. plaza in newly assigned capital? And would it count as two Gov. Plaza?
 
Gathering Storm looks like it could be a real winner in my books. The resources change and diplomacy changes all seem to work well.

I'm a little concerned that ending up with a +10 Celsius temperature rise and 4m sea level seems utterly inevitable though. That seems like it should be toned down at least a touch.

Solution to that: Just kill the AI. If the whole world has no choice but to use renewables and Cardiff, than the world cant be ruined.

Also, Welsh people, how does it feel having one of the single most valuable bonuses in the game?

For those wondering, that is 2 power for every harbor building in a city. Or to put it another way, all cities with a harbor can have a powered factory for no C02 cost just because you have a lighthouse.

Here is something I found so absurd I had to put it here. For those of you seeking a way to exploit the money power of Mali to the fullest and the poor AI.
 
So, not sure about this being the right thread, although could serve for Civ talk in general, I'm guessing, but does anyone know where to get good, historical based mods for Civ IV? Saw one for Three Kingdoms, but the link was dead, sadly.

ROCK BANDS ARE UTTERLY BROKEN!

The game has three things that together break the game:
1. Rock Band promotion that gives a city one-time -50 loyalty per tour,
2. A policy that allows you to pick your Rock Band promotion through the whole list
3. Each Rock Band automatically promotes once when they are bought.

This allows any player high enough in civics to instantly bring any enemy city with wonders and some districts -> at least two positions to have a Rock Band Tour, to immediately rebel them! THIS INCLUDES CAPITAL CITIES!
 
That doesn't actually work that easily, Hallyu, the policy card that allows you to choose Rock Band promotions from the entire list, doesn't work on the free promotion that Rock Bands start out with.
It's still really, really good and yes it does break the AI. Because the AI doesn't see it as aggressive, and can't defend against it. A player can - it needs a war declaration, but Rock Bands can then be killed by military units.

The eternal problem of "moral alternatives": the evil main version is designed to be enjoyable first, and is only incidentally satanic, whereas the Good Christian Alternative is designed to be Christian first, and may only incidentally be good (this has only happened once to my knowledge, with Veggietales).
 
I'm...actually thinking this looks fun. Kind of.

Get a lot of stuff, pretty much everyone has to be a roving loot caravan and needs to keep moving and fighting to win.
 
I mean, I'd love a proper post-apocalyptic 'rebuild in the desolated world' instead of it being CIV VI BATTLE ROYALE but I imagine the tools are now there for modding that I guess.
