It was always supposed to come out on PS3 and PS4 as far as I know so don't worry.
They already have planned DLC that comes with the PS4 special edition. It's the P3/P4 costumes and the Orpheus and Izanagi in P5 colors.
Beyond that, I'm fairly certain they'll add more costumes as DLC, maybe even P1 and P2:IS/EP costumes.
