Buffy the Vampire Slayer Take Two

[X]Ask Amy if she's got anything to help

Honestly, I don't really know what our best option is; I just don't want to hide out or potentially drag Buffy down. Here's hoping that Amy's been preparing for a possible rematch with Druscilla.

I want Xander to be with Buffy so we can see how well he fights against vampires. Buffy might gain respect for him if he does not have to be saved all the time.

Wouldn't he be going up against Druscilla and Spike? Considering how badly just Druscilla overwhelmed him last time, I'm worried about him being attacked and Buffy having to protect him. He hasn't really had much of a chance for additional training or to come up with new countermeasures.

Also, Xander was patrolling with Buffy before, and she didn't really seem to care about how well he could keep up with her. She's probably going to be too focused on Angel to really notice him.

Not So Party
You slid over to Amy. "You don't happen to have anything that could help, do you?" you asked. You were trying to play it cool, but you knew that the only thing you'd be doing if Drusilla and Spike attacked was buying time.

"I did make something that should make people seem less interesting," Amy told you softly. "Here." She pulled out a small silver bead on a string. You quickly tied it on. "Great. Now we just need to hope it'll be enough."

"At least we finished making those charms for mental protection," Amy offered softly. You nodded touching the charm you kept in your pocket absently.

"Rupert," Ms Calendar called.

Giles looked up from where he'd been looking over the various horrors Drusilla had committed over the years. "Jenny? Is something wrong?"

"We need to talk."

You spent most of the day waiting for something to go wrong, even as you helped set up the party at the Bronze for Buffy. Willow did indeed bring the guy she was interested in to the party. Oz was a pretty cool guy, he played the guitar apparently. You spent some time just sitting with him and talking a bit about the girls you knew. It was nice to have someone to just chill with like this. No pressure, just being. It was a good way to ignore Angel's presence as well. You might have an agreement to be polite with each other, but you didn't think you'd ever fully relax in his presence.

Of course, Buffy would arrive to her party by crashing through a window and staking a vampire. She'd stolen some kind of package the vampires were planning to deliver. Memories of the tea party rose in your mind and you quickly pushed it down again. You had to stay focused on the present. Helping to explain to Oz what was going on helped there. The guy was surprisingly rooted in reality and accepted it easily. You didn't know if that was a sign he was taking things really well or liable to forget about the supernatural entirely. You'd have to wait and see it seems.

You did have a clue of what Drusilla and Spike were planning now at least. Bringing some demon back to life that killed all with humanity with a touch. Odd way to put things, but ok. At least with the arm with you guys the demon couldn't be completed. Even better news, Giles and Ms Calendar asked Angel to be the one to bodyguard the arm out of the area. He'd be gone for months finding a place to stick it!

Of course, this goes wrong. Probably because Buffy and Angel got distracted with their romance being broken up. So now Drusilla and Spike have the arm again. Which means, drum rolls please! You need to come up with a plan to take apart a demon that was able to face armies back in the day and win singlehandedly.

I think this is the enemy that they had to use a grenade launcher to kill, right? Xander doesn't have memories of being a soldier, but Amy's illusions might be enough for the group to steal one.
