Wonder if we can get something much weaker from learning shamanism. (people believing us to be a good teacher giving a slight boost to our teaching ability)

I suppose we could get something from the students. By helping others to learn the teacher also gains some experience or a new perspective. Might get more based on how well the students do?Wonder if we can get something much weaker from learning shamanism. I suppose it could effect how others see him, even if they don't know who he is?...Actually, there may be something to this. Certain classes gain power based on having people accept you as an authority. A person can get a [General] class if enough soldiers view them as a leader, an [Emperor] gains power based on people swearing fealty to them, even Erin Solstice gains some powers that rely on if an adventurer considers themselves a "guest".
It would be one thing if Roger gained power as a function of his current class size, but what if he could gain power based off of the respect of every student who still respects him as a person to be learned from, even after they "graduate"?
