Well, we got the previews... and they just made me even less sure of what would be the best answer. "Voting for what sounds like it will be funny" never ends well, but "don't" sounds like 1-5 stands around dithering until the moment is past.

Zangetsu is hollowfying, meaning that instead of being the jerkish manifestation of Ichigo's soul, he's going to be a terrible ravenous monster that wants to run amuck and hurt people. That's bad.
In order to prevent the whole "running amuck and hurting people" bit, Ichigo is going to have to beat Hollowfied Zangetsu down and force him into a subservient role.
Still-Jerkish-But-Normal Zangetsu is currently resisting the hollowfication, but going to lose. He told Ichigo to get in a few free shots on him while he just stands there, before the hollow gets control, thus making the coming fight against Hollowfied-Zangetsu easier.
"Do It" is Ichigo taking the free hits.
"Don't Do It" is Ichigo not taking the free hits.
"Resist Violently" is Ichigo not taking the free hits, and instead calling Zangetsu an idiot and punching him in the face.
Turns out our bankai is just both of us turning into swords and wielding each other. Just two giant spinning meat cleavers tied to each other.

Hmmm, just got a reminder that Soul Society has always been up to some shady stuff concerning the Noble Families, Squad Zero, and the Soul King and that Aizen and co. may have actually had some legitimate reasons for rebelling. I'm definitely more interested in Aizen right now, and finding out what his motivation may be for rebelling here.
