Soi-Fon has an artillery cannon which is much cooler then a knock-off Slash Emperor plus later on (thanks to working out her abandonment issues with Yoruichi) she loves kitties therefore she is best Captain :p
 
Ten also has the best girl to make Ichigo flustered, which is always great to see.

We don't have Orihime to bail heavily wounded people out, so we better see what our massive reiatsu does for healing magic.

Zanjutsu and Hoho are the basics of heavy 1on1 combat strength, and we know Ichigo does very well with them.

Does zanjutsu include meditating with our blade, so that we can get to know our zanpakuto?
 
Guys, do you think Zangetsu will change? Even if it's slightly since we'll start with knowledge on every Shinigami aspect?

he died so i believe his soul power is primarily supported by his shinigami power, in canon his Shinigami powers assimilated his hollow powers and become white Ichigo, here i think it becomes more powerful due to his full transformation into Shinigami and may even already assimilated his Quincy powers.

Man, I forgot how much of an eldritch abomination Ichigo is in canon.
 
The original Bankai compressed itself due to how much power it had.

Our Shikai's insane size was to signify our immense power, but poor control.

As graduating from the Academy, we will most likely have enough control to Compress our sword into a normal size. So, our Shikai and Bankai may have different appearances if we are going for the first time around releases.

Honestly, Getsuga Tenshou is a lot more than some people get for Shikai. And that's still not the only thing we do with it; cloth-wrap death-yo-yo shenanigans are canon, and Zangetsu already knows how to pull them off.

With so much time to just improve ourselves, where he can afford to hold out on us until we get better because there's nothing about to kill us if he doesn't give us the power, there's no way he's not going to teach us those tricks.

But for a Bankai? Very underwhelming.

I hope we learn it.
 
I think I'm going to try to get an update in during lunch today. It won't be a large one, but at least it will move the vote onto something more interesting for me.
