More seriously, I'm usually an advocate of breaking up super large chunks into individual pieces even if the voting options only recur periodically...but it does help when the individual pieces come out on some vaguely regular schedule. If it's going to be a ginormous gap between updates anyway, then a large one with a bunch of voting options can help satiate that better.
