Banners of the New Era

Anyway I'd like to see point Totals from custom traits. Specifically from Politically Active Military and Fuhrerprinzip, among others.

Just reierating, while I'm fine with you guys feeling out your claims, the claims STILL aren't up. I have to finish the perks list before they will be, and you guys want more perks, but I refuse to rip them from the game Knights' Linked, so it's taking a bit.

Conserve military knowledge of the Old Times

Most of the town of Moscow was saved during the apocalypse thanks to the protection of St-George* and St-Nicolas* but where the inhabitants where displaced by the government of the time was not, they all died, and Moscow suffered greatly during the Great Winter** following. Thoses who came for shelter died trying to survive the harsh cold.
30 years after the last missiles flew in the skies Alexander Nevsky with his group of survivors came in the ruins of the old capital and decided to stay in the Red Citadel after some times he decided to permanently stay here. He named his settlement High-Grounds due to the elevation of the Red Citadel. Years after his first son Nicolas Nevsky discovered the real name of Highground (Kremlin) and of the desolated city around (Moscow) he also discovered St-George* and St-Nicolas* and saw in them deities who protected and still protect the city. Under the administrative guidance of Alexander Nevsky Highground knew a rapid growth with the welcoming of thousands of survivors. On Year-15 a red comet cleared the sky and showed the way to Highround to the world, it was the work of St-Nicolas.

Highground is ruled by the Nevsky family, the current ruler is Natalia Nevsky since she the death of her brother she proved herself to the highgrounders by her careful administrating and her perfectionism.

Highground beneficed from the presence of a nuclearologist campement nearby very early. They came to the city and shared their limited knowledge in exchange of shelter. Later the nuclearologists built their school and constructed their Nuclear Core who still fuel the city in light and warm. Though the core is know for its frequent breakdown and others methods to provide energy has been put in place.

Despite the efforts of the population the population of Highground is quite low the Great Winter knows no pity for newborns or elders. Alexander Nevsky IV is also know for not allowing anyone from the Outside to settle in Highgrounds.

Highground has very little knowledge of the outside not that its interest the inhabitants, Highground trades with the City of Nijni-Petrograd who make her fortune by exploring the freezing sea and commercing with the surviving states beyond. Highground also have warms relation with the Kiev Principauty who still follow the Old Times ways.

*Anti Missile system of Moscow still in service.
**After the last exchanges earth saw the beginning of a nuclear winter who still goes on at the time of the ISOT.

Is there a google doc or something where we can see them and possibly help?

*Waves at German countries* Dieselpunk Russia says hello :D
Future Kingdom of the Cimmerian Bosporous says hello.
If i get in, we are about the same tl...with a sort of tesla tech in my case...

Nuclear Rapture says hello. Don't mind me, I just sell hamburgers.

Though, if you guys want to settle this dispute like civilized men and punch each other in the throat, give me a call.

Nope, I don't feel like bothering with a Google Docs document right now.
Otherwise I would have linked it.

No, because my work is kind of crazy and I admit I expected more moderator help with this/more people actually stepping up to moderate/assist in things.
I didn't volunteer only because I'm already booked enough with RPs so I can't help controlling events or NPCs.
On the other hand I am glad to help you with the perks and other game elements if you require some assistance.

Nah, I don't want any help from people who aren't firmly committed to modding, when it comes to the perks, because otherwise there's no real way to be sure of 'impartialness' in that matter.

And I understand why you didn't step forward, same reason most others didn't do. I'm just saying that's why this is taking a lot longer. The perks I initially wrote up were all I thought I'd need, because I thought MOST players would realize I want a balance of a player either having a larger state or a high tech state or a state that's a bit of both but has social problems or other issues as well.

I'll be completely frank with you and say we really-really don't need anything but the most basic perks.
Maybe a few more like something about having a person of great importance whose death can likely ruin the nation for good or similarly detrimental perks at user's desire (and your approval) but otherwise I feel having too many perks would strangle the game.
Either that or people would deliberately abuse the system by taking up negative perks which aren't that meaningful to them to begin with.
I advise you to check the synergy of the perks even if otherwise the points do add up.

We have to have 0 pts or higher remaining at the end of this right? Usually when we get so few points and all the good perks cost so much we are allowed to go down to -2. . .
