Well, y'know, Grandpa did try to win the title of "Legendary Lightning Type" from Zapdos once, or so he's told you.

I mean, he lost, but Zapdos let him live, which is more than most Pokemon who've tried that can say.
 
[X] A Poké Ball. Cooperating with your sister was... kind of fun. No way you'll ever use one of these to keep others as captive pets, but you remember Rojo and Wenge rescuing their Pokémon with them. As cages, they're abhorrent. As quick escapes from peril, though...

You've left plenty of Human Things strewn across the Forest over the course of your reign of terror, and Rojo taught you that they value their badges that prove they've shown fighting skill by winning tough battles. If you take some of your spoils of war along and show them off, the Humans will have to respect you, probably.
 
[x] A Poké Doll. You suppose you can admit that having a little squeaky sibling to hug and talk your ear off is... nice. These cuddly things are soft and huggable - enough to pacify even your temperament. Maybe you wouldn't mind some friends. But not to get in your way!
This indicates a desire to seek out other Pokémon as companions. You'll look for friends and allies, but only to travel with. When danger looms, you'll fight alone.

How you'll carry a pile several times bigger than you are tall is something you're not quite sure about yet, but that's a problem for future Trixie to solve, bite and/or electrocute.

Food because food, duh, and the Doll so that we have friends who can look after us/patch us up after we inevitably get in over our head. Our choices are our own, so we wont drag them down fighting with us.

We will fight our way through Kanto the way God and GameFreak intended - with one massively overlevelled starter and five random friends so underlevelled they're only providing moral support.

I'd vote for Food, but to be quite frank I have no idea how we're going to carry it with us. I don't know how we're going to take these either, mind, but they're rarer and therefore less likely to be something we can find, and there's probably some things we can take easily.

    Well I think solo runs are a challenge and a good way for Trixie to Amp her power

    Mayhaps we can be the pokemon version of sly Cooper
    Stealing from the criminals, corrupt individuals, and maybe reverse steal with the gym leaders
    Or at least substitute the stolen badge with something nice

    We we be a classy thief and even leave a calling card in advance. Granted, notes reading "Chuu! Kachu pi pika chuchu!" might not be taken seriously... at first.

    Ash and Pikachu were an absolute menace as a duo.




    Not even the only legendary they threw hands with.
    Literally in the case of Mewtwo.
