I haven't read Secret Wars 2015 yet. How's it compare to the original Secret Wars?
And Spider-Verse hasn't happened as of yet. It could still happen though, in which case Peter in the Wormverse would have to be on the lookout. And I'm not sure where the Spiders would end up.

Took a glance and would have to read through it in more depth later. But after that glance I would say that it hasn't yet happened, but it might. And if it does, due to Peter's presence on Earth Bet the Beyonders would be just as interested in that location, and heroes and villains from there would be involved as well, as it would be one of the worlds that people end up in the Battleworld from.

Because Spiderman IS a Tinker. He doesn't shoot webs naturally, that's something dumb Raimi made up for the movie. Spiderman, as a high school student, designed and built his web shooters from scrap parts and invented web fluid with nothing but household cleaning chemicals.
If we took the Bank Account just think of what we could do. Money has always been a problem for Peter, but in the Comics when he finally put together an R&D company, he blew everyone out of the water. If we take the money, we might even be able to cook up a version of the Ultimate Nullifier. That will Kill the Space whale for sure. . .

Actually, while yes at the start he has to make web shooters, there is a point where he gains organic webbing. I just used the movie for reference from that because I imagine it would be a bit more well-known than that particular part of the comics.

That was BECAUSE of the movie. They used to try and make the comics consistent with the movies to boost sales. . .it didn't work very well.
There is a REASON those movies flop... and that they reboot it every time they're about to lose the property rights.
Everyone remembers what happened to Peter Parker when he gained organic web shootersin the comics.
People said that the Fantastic Four new movie really sucked, also it seems that Spider man is going to appear in the UMC.

But it still happened in the comics and thus is something that could, theoretically, happen here. Probably won't if you choose proper Spider-man, but could.
As for the movies... Yeah, Raimi's wasn't that great. Amazing Spider-Man was better, though I do think Tobey Maguire made a better Peter Parker than Andrew Garfield. Tobey Maguire was just able to pull of the geeky thing better. Though really that's neither here nor there for this quest.
