He saw something different about us, and it'd be important to find out what, especially when it comes to getting Iris to understand the physics differences. If he seems amendable to the idea, try to get a sample of his nonessential equipment for analysis.
-[X] Stunt: Share our incredibly good food and socialize with the Protectorate and Ward members on the base. Try to get over the...awkwardness that the boys' attempt to flirt over the past few days have produced. Show off the new outfits by getting Missy dolled up before hand.

[X] Meditate to recuperate your essence and speed up your healing. Read some books/CDs/flashdrives to buff up on a subject while you do so (Stunt to describe what topic you're reading/training).

Start with factors that we know to be the same in both Creation and Earth-Bet, and then work towards the underlying theories behind them.

1 thing I absolutely loved about the update (among the many things I did) was Iris effectively going "FUCKING ORANGES! HOW DO THEY WORK?!"

Teacher, Taylor (Free Action)
[X] Produce a English-Old Ream dictionary
- [X] Stunt: Weaving cloth is a slow, complex process compare to the mostly empty webs that your spiders are used to. If they could feel such an emotion, it would be almost a relief for a few of the black widows to spend the time to weave a set of near-ordinary webs that spell out a full translation dictionary between your old and new native languages and mathematics. When they're done, they can then start translating the physics text books that another set of them are reading off the computer.

Soldier, Spy (Free Action)
[X] Continue to investigate the PRT staff
- [X] Stunt: now you've recognised your insects ability to detect scents, it would be a shame not to exploit it. Station some appropriate insects around the entrances and track where employees have recently been, when you've learned their unique scent, try to work out who they've recently associated with as well. Perhaps you'll get lucky and sniff something out.
- [X] Stunt: Patterns. It's all in the patterns. Plant a unique insect on every single person who enters the base, and track them everywhere they go. It may not happen soon, it may take days, but at some points someone's going to slip up and break routine, or venture somewhere they shouldn't.

It seems Iris cannot rebuild oranges, despite his technology. *badumtish*

A 3rd dot in Temperance is too much as well. Two dots is the level of normal, sane people. Three is when it starts getting into compulsive behaviour.

Also, what do we need Occult for right now, this instant? How doe sit help us rescue our father or deal with Coil?

- [X] Stunt: Your Charms are obviously capable of interfacing with "Nowhere Universe" physics, including the weirder ones like Hypercalibration Benediction and Loom Server Migration. With a more complete understanding of how your charms work under Essence-based physics and their results when used in Earth Bet, perhaps you and Iris can get to work on his Tertiary Directive, not to mention increase your own capabilities. Recruit Iris's help for this.

I just also know that our knowledge of Occult is pretty much irrelevant to helping him, given that Iris probably has ten dots in Occult, as a 3rd Circle Deva, so us knowing more about it doesn't add to the grand sum of our joint knowledge. We're also not going to do anything with Occult in the near future.

In contrast, saving the xp so we can get Lore 5, or a Lore speciality in something useful, would actually probably help him. As would spending the xp on something that we can use and will keep us alive, given that he needs us.

Fair enough. I was just for occult since it seemed like a good thing to grab. Should we get War instead maybe?

If you want something to stat, you have to ACT on it.

I thought intimacies don't just start degrading if you get them high enough? Saw that mentioned in some of the earlier threads.

I'd go for War, given how much it effects our use of Swarms, which we're continually using. Maybe another War (Swarms) specialty as well, if we can afford it.
 
Wouldn't getting Awareness be more helpful for the Undersiders search? Or is War better to grab immediately beforehand?

Higher virtues mean more dice, and higher likelihood that Taylor would do their things. And I want her to do heroic things without being urged.
Virtues at three dots or more begin to compel behaviour, to the point where you have to spend Willpower, which IC is a significant effort, to override the impulse.

Unclear. It depends what we're doing. If we're organising swarms to do optimal sweeps, if would be War, I think, if it was them actually noticing or failing to notice details, it would be Awareness.
 
Updated the Intimacy list with a (re)clarification of how they work. You guys only have 9 full-fledged Intimacies right now, so at the end of the Arc you will lose nothing (not even the growth towards new ones).

I believe undersiders search would fall under investigation? *not really that knowledgeable on Exalted skills/abilities*

15 Intimacies, 13 slots, fixing the number of slots to avoid losing one makes sense to me.
Why is it necessary for us to have as many intimacies as possible? Heck, some of the intimacies are with the chevalier crew who we won't be interacting with long term so trying to maintain them when we're going to be losing them anyway seems stupid.
