Taylor Anne Hebert(born. June 18 1995)is a parahuman and member of the Ward program of the Protectorate. Under the code name Weaver, she is currently based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania following the destruction of Brockton Bay by Behemoth.
Early Life_______________________________________________________________________________
She was born Taylor Anne Hebert on June 18 1995 at Stansfield Memorial Hospital in Brockton Bay, Rhode Island.
Her father, Daniel Ray Hebert was the head of Local 1233(Brockton Bay) of the International Longshoremen Association.
Her mother, Annette Rose Hebert,1 was an associate professor of English literature at Glenrose College and was killed in a car crash on 8 October 2007, while she was in the car.
A resident of Brockton Bay, she attended Parkview Elementary and Middle School until 2009, at which point she entered Winslow High at the age of 14.

Bullying
Hebert was reportedly the victim of a sustained intra-school bullying campaign starting sometime in 2009 and continuing through into January 2011.
The ringleaders, Sophia Hess, Emma Barnes and Madison Clemens are alleged to have maintained a escalating campaign of harassment and ostracization for a period of over eighteen months, involving both verbal and occasionally physical abuse.
School authorities are alleged to have ignored repeated reports from the victim, despite ample evidence23.
"Death" and Resurrection
Having somehow obtained access to the locker and filled it with the contents of multiple bathroom trash cans beforhand, the trio are alleged to have ambushed Taylor Hebert on the 24th of January, the first day back from vacation, stuffed her inside the locker, and locked it after her.
A week to the day, Taylor Hebert re-emerged in the school in an obviously parahuman body.
After reportedly making her way home, she went in search of her father at the local PRT HQ and was eventually recruited into the Wards program.

Police and PRT reports indicate a hit team of at least two men, using a high powered rifle, attempted to kill her, an event unprecedented in the history of the Wards program.
Video4 replays show Hebert moving to cover Vista before taking at least four bullets into her face and chest.
The would-be assassins got away.
This strike coincided with a breakout/or kidnapping of Daniel Hebert from a PRT transport moving him from court to lockup.
Responsibility and motives for both events remain unclear.
A joint BBPD-PRT investigation was underway when Brockton Bay was destroyed.
Endbringer Attack: Behemoth 20
Hebert's first known outing was during the surprise attack launched by Behemoth on the BB PRT headquarters and the city of Brockton Bay6.
While reports , she is reported to have run solo interference with Behemoth for twenty to thirty minutes in an untested combat suit while the combat teams were assembled and prepped.
She then reportedly switched to a command, control and communications role, using her Master power to circumvent Behemoth's communication jamming.
She was finally involved in search and rescue during the immediate and distant aftermath of Behemoth's efforts at mass destruction.
Reports that Behemoth prioritised targeting her over everyone else remain unconfirmed.

I'm not sure the PRT would publicly display the threat assessment ratings of their capes. The classifications of Shaker, TInker, etc. I could see though.

The ratings come from this interlude, though it doesn't show the reasoning.

Especially for the obvious powers, because they serve as a cover for the less obvious one.
The less obvious ones? Those stay hidden.
Chevalier for example is an obvious Striker; his hidden Thinker power of detecting parahumans goes unnoticed because people focus on the biggie.

Fear power alone should be a Master power.

When you throw in the fact that said dimension can store enough shit to exert battlefield control, that really counts as Shaker.
Speaking of which, the Twins probably have a secondary Shaker rating, but that is classified.
Just like Chevalier's Thinker power, or like I expect most of Weaver's sensory powers(penetrative vision, remote biological analysis) and her big Trump power(immunity to some direct Stranger,Striker, Master, Mover and Blaster powers).

My only real problem with the Omake is Sophia, Madison, and Emma having pages. Assuming The Library of Alexandria is Earth-Bet Wikipedia, they probably aren't significant enough figures to rate pages (Sophia would if she was outed, but I'm pretty sure that didn't happen here...), and I'm not even certain they would be mentioned by name.
If the anti-bullying campaign they were supposed to help with had gotten off the ground? Maybe, but I don't think it did, given that we never heard about it after the "Push for leniency" option and the whole Madison-dying-during-the-Behemoth-attack thing (I think).

Calling out Master is the wrong tactic for a fear aura as Master tactics is to bypass the minions to attack the Master directly and to beware allegiance flips. Neither are applicable here, whereas the high Shaker tactic of bracing for fighting under environmental penalties and minimizing targets exposed do.
Likewise Shaker is grossly wrong for absorbing and producing items from storage because Scatter is the absolute opposite to a solutionfor someone who can rapidly adapt to situations on the fly with a bag of tricks. Trumps call for initial, high intensity offense with conventional arms to take them down before they tool up for their preferred fight much like Thinkers.
Of course, in conjunction it just means conventional tactics ineffective, apply overwhelming force or do not engage.

They were arrested for murder in a very high profile bullying case that drew in the PRT.
Emma's father worked for/with Brandish of New Wave, who are cape celebrities and Sophia Hess had her family home attacked by the father of a New Ward who triggered mid-fight and required four Protectorate capes and multiple PRT teams to disable.
If that isn't big enough to instigate a media feeding frenzy, I don't know what is.
Remember, we were getting reporters outside our school weeks after coming back.

The standard strategy for fighting a Master does apply here; you certainly don't want to wait until your men all run out of Willpower and bail, or her aura crashes all your eloectronics.
Sub-classifications are there for a reason; they are additional considerations, not immediate ones.
A Tactical scale is meant to be handy, not exhaustive.
And I vehemently disagree about the pocket dimension.
Shakers do battlefield control.

The cape with the oversized Bag of Holding falls much easier into the Shaker category than Trump.

In the first a remorseful Viator of the Nullspace decides to help Earth Bet(And before any of you that know the Viator shun the idea: the Death Curse of Oramus can literally do miracles) by cobbling together a Modern Alchemical shard and then jamming it in the forehead of Danny(So he will finally understand what his daughter trurly is).
In the other a very big tree manages somehow to contact Autochthon/Weaver(Or Autochthon througt Weaver, i have still to decide), and reveals to him that his wrost enemy is going to crash land in earth bet. It doesn't look that bad, right? The big problem is that the Big tree is called Yggdrasil, and its enemy is the Abyssal God. This idea is an AU crossover with Etrian Odyssey 3(Given that i haven't managed to play it Yggdrasil will be almost certainly OOC and i have no idea of how they both reached earth, so in this AU they travelled by space) in which both Autochthon and the Alchemicals are in a much better situation(Given that EO3 is supposed to happen in the future of our completely mundane Earth, and yet somehow magic can be found, i think that Yggdrasil should be able to help both with Essence, and by providing hard to corrupt Yggdroid to help against the void) but Earth bet will be in a worse situation(Again EO3 is the classical magitecnological middle ages, so the Abyssal God and its cohort are clearly bad for civilization).

RAW it actually can if you are female. Then you can use it to bear parthenogenic clone daughters that are half-caste Infernals that can also learn Splintered Gale Shintai. Repeat unto infinity. The only catch is that they need 15 years or so to reach reproductive age.
The issue was not with submodules but rather with the POS upgrade charms. POS by itself does essentially nothing. Even the first upgrade charm, Identity Recalibration Signal, requires Manipulation 5, placing it out of reach at character creation.
That doesn't necessarily mean that we would have chosen POS if it had been an option, but there certainly would have been discussion.
