I don't think the kid was the leader? All of these guys are idiot kids right? Bet we can boss them around a bit now that their leader is passed out and they're confused.
Not totally sure of this plan, but I do think we should be acting rather than reacting.
Is it a good idea to wait? I don't like the idea of fleeing the scene, but whoever did this had some sort of plan running and know that it failed. If we just stand around they could poison the well for us by spreading lies about what happened here or any number of worse things. Or just do something else to the kid so that the cops arrive to see us standing right next to the dead body of the king's kid.

[X] Ask Zaia to check if the kid can be moved, then instruct the goons in front of you to help carry him to the palace.
-[X] When we get closer to the palace send one ahead as a runner so it doesn't look like a group of armed men are about to do something stupid.
-[X] Once we've properly arrived hand over the boy and explain what happened.

Okay, that makes sense. I just crossed some wires there I guess. No, most of them looks about like what Roland would consider right for mercs/pirates. He does not seem much of a distinction because by his standards going out to raid and pillage for money is one short step from being and outlaw anyway
Roland is simply too cut for this world.
Fatless one.
Hmmmmm.
Whose festival are we just ahead of again? This feels relevant.
You know, it might sound weird, but I missed your lore posts almost more than I missed your updates 😅The festival of the Three Brothers, as far as Inge knows (no knowledge religion for her so this is and untrained check) it celebrates the lives and deaths of three bothers who though cunning and strength of arms chained Elweje, war itself, to a great pillar at the end of the earth. The God tries to escape by promising them eternal glory and dominion over their fellow man and the eldest and middle brother take the bargain, but the last brother will not be moved, yet he sees that his chain alone will not bind the horned god long so he says he will free Elweje so long as he grants him one wish of his choosing
The god of war, ever impatient takes the deal and the last bother says 'you will do as Elnu bids, just as the other gods do for he is lord of all even you'. and so Elnu gains some power over the ways of war which he before had no dominion over for even he could not defeat Elweje in battle and impose his will upon him.
So the Three Brothers are celebrated as sort of demigods, the three principles of war: Glory Everlasting, Lordship Enduring and Honor Sublime.

Sending someone ahead as a runner seems like a bad idea. Not the idea itself, but the assumption that our people know enough of the language to do more than ask for the nearest tavern or brothel, a double handful of insults, and how to ask for food, booze, or sex.Is it a good idea to wait? My answer? Yes! Your lore is great! The vote is rather close. Do you guys want me to write down a bit of the mythology and legends of the Anwa?
