By the by, I have a question about the ASWAH world, should I ask here or go back to that thread for it?
I wonder where they are on the Aurane Stupidity Scale?
I'm guessing they're a mid-tier 5 on the ASS.
Forgive my ignorance but, what's an Aurane? I've never heard that word before.

So given we won't be back to learn about it in game I had always been curious about the sorcerer lord of Carcosa. What was he? We never really interacted with him at all beyond deciding to leave that area alone but given the references I have to know what you cooked up for his story.Probably best to ask here for convenience, I would like to leave that thread to sleep until I feel ready to do that epilogue.
I will answer in the morning
A truly stupid person who believes themselves to be very clever.Forgive my ignorance but, what's an Aurane? I've never heard that word before.
I think so, or maybe that was Aeden? My memory fails me once again.Didn't it once took mythic surge aka literal (low level) divine intervention to convince Aurane not to do a stupid decision?
For my part at least it's less about expecting it to work than it is to be able to truthfully say we tried to avoid violence when we get interrogated about all the bodies we'll leave in that alleyway.what can even be said to convince them not to fight? id say let nature take its course but im outvoted so
I think it was to stop Aedon from doing something suicidal before Viserys had the chance to use him as a scapegoat.I think so, or maybe that was Aeden? My memory fails me once again.

Nine times longer, I thinkNo, that it is longer than the whole trilogy of The Lord of the Rings is no excuse for not trying to read it all.
