2521, from a powers standpoint, is just a worse version of 55 but with a blind spot for symbols and a need to physically remove the information.
2935...well, instant death to anything "living" might be interesting, but I kinda have to limit myself in how many power options I provide.

Nah, no tinkers. Mostly because the SCPs that you can stuff into a Tinker power are relatively rare. That option you've got there is probably the closest thing to one in the provided options - and the C53 form pushes it closer-ish.

Worse at keeping secret yes, but extremely good at removing things and appear everywhere. Besides scp-055 is a bit too effective, we could get into SCP Joe Schmo situation but worse with that.

True, it basicly Enthropy but worse. It could even kill 682 :V

55 is really just a slightly more powerful, slightly less user-friendly version of Imp's power. And it's not entirely clear whether 2521 can appear anywhere or just has phasing powers.

Which one would be SCP-999? The Seventh Child?

I think SCP-999 would be the best solution to fighting our enemies.

Well if it's thinker power, perhaps anything including church of the broken gods, that Dr.Wondertainment stuff, every computer related thing, etc.

To be honest, I only wants stranger power that can screw everyone especially thinker to submission :V

Many of the computer related things could be expanded into a Tinker power, yes, but the resulting powersets tend to overlap quite a bit.
