[X] Star of Grace
[X] His People Need Him

Oh, I really want all of the options! Applying Crimson to a much wider variety of themes is incredibly good! We have an entire EFB that gives nothing but +1 rank generally and +2 to matters military, so enhancing Crimson to +2 Rank to so much stuff is practically another EFB! But, in the end, increasing magnitude of all Edelross buffs, a wide variety of Graces and getting Trinity faster wins me over. + 1 defensive Ranks and increasing AGI and CHA enhancements is a great cherry on the cake as well. I really would not mind Ring-Lord winning, though.

It's so hard for me to vote for Arete expenditure for Edeldross, because at the end of the day it seems like it cobbles together into a worse Total Eclipse.

Maybe Total Eclipse is too good and we should have just picked it then?

@Rihaku I have two questions.

1. How does the Pearlescence and other "additional experience put into blank" advancements work exactly? Am I right to think that with experience determining picks, that we will get 4 Proc with a 4 pick update?

2. Are we still getting a powerup from defeating Sten no matter what we decide to do to him?

I feel your pain, that was my original problem with Silver when it was first offered, but since then we have seen Renaissance Woman.

I don't think the tread is going to vote to give both of us that power up, inheriting the mantle of the Maiden fits her better, and to overcome that bias you would have to face the entire might of the Gisena Gang, not with Ten Thousand Swords could you do this.....

It's significantly better than Total Eclipse in some departments, and we will eventually be able to figure out Findross with Edeldross anyway so total eclipse may be less valuable than otherwise.

[X] An End to Misery

[X] Star of Grace

I am a simple man, I see Grace in the option, I vote Grace.

Regarding Sten, I recall, long ago (as when the world was new) a long contentious vote following the defeat of a great dragon. I was younger and voted for chains, and was persuaded otherwise with arguments about in a quest how to play for optionsthat weren't always 'best' but better and more human.

A clean death for this wreck of a man is as much as we can do for his innate human dignity. Despite what he did to the ring, Hunger shouldn't cart him around and brainwash him, lobotomise and enslave him. Hunger is a more compassionate protagonist than he seems from the outside.

We fought them off at 'A Wind Full of Knives', you just need to unite the other GANGS who are constantly fighting with each other and almost missed the true threat

I suspect we can get Ring-Lord by taking Ruling Ring and defeating other rings. given it matches the theme of "Ruling Ring". So we should go for short-medium term gain here instead of the longer term of Ring-Lord. (I don't exactly expect to be ruling masses before getting Ruling Ring.)

Mhm. If people want Pillars at some point, Tomb has greater synergy with it due to the unique interaction. Imagine turning Evening Sky into an prison and heaven both.

Time for some shitposting shilling for Tomb.

With Age and Treachery, elevated from the mundane thanks to Rank and Accretion, we were able to employ the dreaded Mind Crush against Sten.

If we were to have Tomb as well, then allows Hunger the ability to employ the dreaded Shadow Realm, an amazingly non-lethal option with regards to disabling your defeated enemies instead of killing them outright (which is against 4Kids' translation policies).

Mind Crush, and the Shadow Realm. All Hunger needs now is to learn how to play a children's card game, and maybe one day he can transcend both History and Myth to become the one and only King of Games.

Where's my king of thieves option goddamnit reeeeeeeee

All things considered would it not be nice to just get our soul evocation, without the expenditure having to compete with other options like praxis. And using that as a jumping off point to get something as amazing a Heavenly tomb. Also the option does seem to enhance our soul evocation which would be nice as it already was something we could have made the core of our abilities had we picked it in the beginning.

[X] Star of Grace

Going to mull this one over in my head, but SIlver is amazing for Hungers build and Star of Grace only makes it so much better.
