Mom and Dad give Zea a stern talking to about playing with other people's hearts.
The main way to do it would be to make very high quality effortposts that actually convince people to switch and that aren't effectively rebutted, I thinkIs it possible for an option to have overwhelming argument power? That would be interesting, since I don't believe any vote in any of Rihaku's quest have had such a situation. At least not without also an overwhelming vote lead.
Yeah but that would come with high amounts of vote power..The main way to do it would be to make very high quality effortposts that actually convince people to switch and that aren't effectively rebutted, I think
Edeldross only pulled ahead at the very end so there wasn't time. Most of the devil's advocating tends to happening at the beginning of a vote.My only gripe is that when Edelross tipped to the scale Rihaku didn't start batting for Inksky like a true devil's advocate has to do.
Of course, I'm going to go back to fighting viciously for mage-options the next time an opportunity arrives, but that's for Arete generation rather then out of desperation now. Any time I lose I can say "Well, at least we still have Edeldross."
only usually; people could vote the other way due to entrenched pre-conceived notions
I think it is more that the vote was extremely close, Rihaku didn't even know who was leading until he tallied things. He generally only devil's advocates if one option is clearly leading.Edeldross only pulled ahead at the very end so there wasn't time. He also does it less if the argument quality is higher I think? It's mostly meant to stop us from missing stuff, I feel. If we choose and reject things for reasons that check out in-universe then I would expect him to let things run their course to a greater degree.I think it is more that the vote was extremely close, Rihaku didn't even know who was leading until he tallied things. No need to respond if you're stepping back, but my sympathies, I know the feeling. In this case the option with the most votes did win, but Edeldross' resurgence after Inksky's strong start stings; at some point I think I argued myself out of liking the former option. But eh, was overdo to lose a vote I was invested in anyway.Feeling a bit too salty about omake power, reactions, vote calculation, etc., for my taste, so I think I'm going to take a break from posting.
You facetiousness cannot ruin my good mood! There will be Graces that have nothing to do with SORD that nonetheless are great for our build, and those will be competitive!
Also, even if we don't get any Graces aside from passive buffs there'll still be Edeldross Surges being cast in combat, Hunger is far too practical to refuse to use a tool in his arsenal!
Edeldross derives its nature from Catherine, so we already did!
uhh, on that note, any speculation on Catherine mystery box? The most obvious would be new memories involving her, but perhaps there is something more at play.
