Considering VS explicitly magical properties (dragonfire + human sacrifice + ?? ? = success) I doubt there are any bullets in vogue that can pierce or meaningfully destroy it.

OTOH it would be fittingly ASOIAF if the armour is totally intact but Naemon instertfyre dies anyway from being impaled with pieces of his shattered ribs. VS is magic but its qualities seem to be insane sharpness and robustness rather than being a good shock absorber.

It then depends where on the armor and the design of the armor, depending on placement, the force could be dissipated by the armor itself. Plus, the existence of mundane proofed armor does mean it's not such an issue.
