Was it ever made public (or discussed IC) how they were killed? I remember talk about flaying and whatnot but not sure if that was in reference to the three Norvoshi or someone else.

It was, but was never made public. Daena knew, but never told the kids, and we shipped them urns.

Oh, this explains everything. When Royals are dropping left and right, anyone who's aiding and abetting harm against tone of your own royals is not going to have a good day.

I mean what did they expect? Chaso to give them hugs and kisses?

I mean, they turned out to have been doing it for a good reason, but "We did it for their own good" isn't exactly a convincing argument from prisoners.

The thing was...they had nothing to do with the situation in Westeros, they had nothing to do with Aethan's removal, and they more or less died screaming to that effect. It was incredibly funny from the instigator's side since my god that gave her so much delicious leverage over both the children and Aethan, which the latter promptly bucked because terrible decisions are just his thing. :rolleyes:

And Chaso had the blood and offal of several very unhappy and tremendously confused Norvoshi concubines on her hands.

Again: That's the sort of thing she could only know in retrospect. Generally, criminals tend to fall back on the "I didn't do it" defense anyway.

Still regrets it, but.... well, the whole situation had everyone in a panic.

Yeah.

See, we knew that they were working with someone as spies, and he disappeared the same time we discovered that, etc.

The part we missed is that he left willingly.
 
It's a good thing the most drama Malek will have to deal with in the near future is having to put himself under rigorous self control otherwise he becomes either a demonic beast or a zealous angel of wrath.
 
One question, what grade of cannon are Leatherguns?

Are they culverins, sakers, Demi-Cannon, or similar, or are they literally just cannons made of leather somehow?
