[X] Ravenclaw
[X] Prunus Spinosa wood, Dragon heartstring core, 12.5" long - Blackthorn, which is a very unusual wand wood, has the reputation, in my view well-merited, of being best suited to a warrior. The dragon wand tends to be easiest to turn to the Dark Arts, though it will not incline that way of its own accord. It is also the most prone of the three cores to accidents, being somewhat temperamental. (+5 to all spellcasting during combat.)

I understand the appeal of the pheonix feather, but I would rather not have a morality pet wand.

I'm undecided between Applewood and beech.

Slytherin-Ho!

Because honestly? Being Slytherin gives us the most possible reach in the political department.

I think Ravenclaw would be the fittest house for what we chose in the previous vote, and I like the indipendence that this wand will impose on us (I always liked when those things became plot points).
However, I don't think its personality would have too much effect on our plans and the bonus on all magic is good enough to pay for the rest

You guys should reason as for why you chose each thing, instead of voting without comment. You can get others on your side like that AND make it easier for me to know why each vote was taken, so that I get to understand what the different voters perspectives are.

Also, I like to read every post. :)

I dislike the Phoenix feather because the wand is a tool and the Phoenix feather reduces the scope of things we can accomplish with a wand.

It should be up to us, if we want to be dark or light and not because our wand is incapable.

[X] Malus domestica wood, Unicorn hair core, 9.5" long - Applewood wands are not made in great numbers. They are powerful and best suited to an owner of high aims and ideals, as this wood mixes poorly with Dark magic. Unicorn hair generally produces the most consistent magic and is least subject to fluctuations and blockages. Wands with unicorn cores are generally the most difficult to turn to the Dark Arts. They are the most faithful of all wands, and usually remain strongly attached to their first owner, irrespective of whether he or she was an accomplished witch or wizard. (-15 to dark magic, +5 to charms, +5 to DADA, +5 to transfiguration)

Being a really powerful non-Dark Wizard Slytherin? Yes please.

The malus on the Fraxinus wood, Unicorn hair core, 11" long wand is terrible anyway. I mean, if we get disarmed playing with our friends the wand dies. What the hell?

Why Basques? And are we a British wizard living in the Mediterranean or were we born there?
You have some British ancestors, most of your family line comes from the Mediterranean area, though. Your name shows a mix of Hebrew, Arabic and Spanish influences showcasing and calling back to different eras over the last thousand to two thousand years (More or less when Wizards started to build societies for themselves).

I choose Ravenclaw becuse we have a advantage in the intellect department. Show up Hermione who is the smartest. Also for some small things like Cho Chang or Luna lovegood as "friends".

Hufflepuff would be ok but that is more hard work than anything else.

slytherin would be good but we would need to have better people skills and most people would not want to take advantage of the social or other advantages.

Griffindork would just be either cannon wank or trying to influence Harry Potter to be les stupid.

Thanks for the family history. That also explains why we're going to Hogwarts rather than Beauxbatons.

That said, Basques refers to the Basque ethnic group. It's not a surname.
