Is it fanon that Scion goes and 'deals with' nuclear weapons? Because if it's canon, creating a nuke is a good way for Scion to do "PLANET TO THE FACE!" on MM...

He was harvested by Glaistig Uaine long before the start of canon, and re-engineered by Bonesaw during the two-year "I've basically written myself into a corner, so Imma jump forward two years and vaguely refer to stuff that happened in the meantime without actually going into depth" timeskip.
 
Okay. I guess it's one of those things where someone looked and said "Why does the CUI still exist, because they'd use nukes to take out anyone they wanted to" or "Why haven't they nuked the CUI?"
