Resources, Infrastructure and Unit Lists:
The GLA only has the following resources to look after.
-Money
-Supplies (SP)
-Industrial Output Units (IOU)
-Research Points (RP)
Units on the Unit List for the Master Data Sheet will have the following.
Unit Name - $Cost In Money [Cost In SP/Cost In IOU]
You don't have to match all three. You can be out of cash, but have plenty of industry and supplies, so if you can meet the costs, you can spend SP and IOU to produce a unit. Remember, the cost in money will always be
twice (2x) the cost of IOU.
Infrastructure projects such as defenses and buildings will always have a money cost.
