Lets be honest we are chasing body and heart mind/mix of all doesn't fit. We honestly have monofocused on strength right now but ideological we are heart. Soo

[X] Strength Of Heart. If your heart's out of order, nothing is alright.

What kind of man would we be if we chose anything else?

Probably a smarter one. Marry christmas (eve)!

[:V] Strength Of Stomach. You always have trouble fighting when yours is empty.
-[] Didn't that Jesus guy do some weird starving himself in the dessert thing? That's crazy. You wish you had strength like that.

Iji shrugs, "Don't. Like. Sun. Much."
*gasp* She's a vampire!!!
"Forgot wha-" then she's suddenly hugging you and your mind temporarily shuts down.

Uh...uh...uh...what are you supposed to do here? Do you hug her back? Or do you push her off or-

"Hmm. Acceptable," Iji pulls away, immediately making the tension in your body drop as she turns around and walks towards her locker room. She gives you a lazy wave, "See. You. Later. Nagai."
Huh, guess she likes physical contact. Or hugs, at least.
Seteke clearing his throat is enough to get everyone's attention. He narrows his eyes at the room as he speaks, "I trust you all do not believe it is time to celebrate. The Tournament has only just begun."
True, true, don't sell the rug until you've felled the bear.
Everyone turns to look at Sensei Hazma. He's been sitting to the side, arms crossed and in an almost meditative state. His eyes are closed but he's breathing in a regular rhythm.

"Oh. One of them did give me her number so we could hang out after school though."

A mixture of gasps and cheers erupt through the room. Hose's mouth curls into a smile then he starts to clap you on your back, "Nice, man. Nice. But, some advice? Save that stuff for after the tournament's over. After that you can get all friendly with those girls if you want. Just...be careful. Rival School romance sounds great on paper but-"

You give him a light punch in the stomach, "Knock it off."
Hah! Hayatoi fulfilling teenage boys' dreams without realizing it.
FTFY,
You chuckle feeling more intimidated by this man than any other you've met. You're not even sure why. The guy hasn't even said anything.
It's not old-teacher-that-has-seen-some-shit energy.

[X] Strength Of Heart. If your heart's out of order, nothing is alright.

This is the most Hayato answer, though the balance wouldn't be bad answer either.

[X] All three. You think having a balance would be best.

Surprisingly, it seems like, just looking at our stat sheet, our rankings are Body, Mind, and Heart, in that order. Heart being in-character kinda shuffles things around a bit, but all the work we put into our studies kinda qualifies us for the Mind part, even if we haven't touched Culture or Invention yet. And then there's the massive investment we put into preparing for this tournament, which speaks for itself.

So... yeah, I feel we've kinda invested too much into Mind to not include that, and just Body doesn't feel in character to me, so... Balance.

[X] Strength Of Heart. If your heart's out of order, nothing is alright.

[X] "Hm."
-[X] "If I had to choose, Strength of Heart. Everything starts there, and if your heart's out of order then nothing is alright and you can't even start to reach for what you want."
-[X] "But it's best for all three to be in balance."
-[X] "A Strong Heart without a Strong Mind can't see the way to get what it wants and without a Strong Body can't actually do what it needs to do anyway."
-[X] "It's the same thing the other ways around too, without a Strong Heart you don't have the drive to go for your goals even if you had the Body and Mind to actually do what you'd need to do."

This is probably too wordy so

[X] All three. You think having a balance would be best.

[X] Strength Of Heart. If your heart's out of order, nothing is alright.

All three sounds like an ideal choice. But it also sounds like a trap option as it's not exactly attainable for most to have them all balanced. And while the skills have fallen behind out of necessity Feelings are the ones we wanted to build for.

Shounen answer? Yep shounen andwer but is in line on what hayato strives for.

[X] All three. You think having a balance would be best.

He's not asking us what we're best at, or what's attainable or realistic, he's asking us what we value more. And I think we value all three equally. Ideally but not always embodied in the same person, but among a group working together you need a good mix of all three to really get anything worthwhile done.

"A sound soul dwells within a sound mind and a sound body"
Hey, I can finally use this quote. I knew rewatching Soul Eater would prove useful.

The expressions are myriad though. Some of them are looking at you with suspicious, others with shock, and yet others with knowing smiles and nods. You shrug, "What? Is something on my face?"
[...]
Hose pats your shoulder and gives you one of those knowing smiles, "Hayato. My brother. My man. I know that the idea of an All Girls School is tempting. But please tell me you didn't go over there to-"
"suspicion"

But also, what did they suspect us of? That we are trying to defect? To an all girls school? How does that work in their heads?

And no, picking up girls was Hose's second thought.

Well, this seems to be the choice between the Heart, which is what we were leaning towards, playing Nagai as schoolboy Kamina, and everything-and-a-cherry-on-top, which is something I greatly dislike when it comes to character defining choices. Don't be a Buridan's ass, pick one and stick to it.

...but I think it'd be cool to try for something different.

[x] Strength Of Mind. If your mind's out of order, you can't think straight.

Not in the sense of being a brainiac, that is our brother's specialty, but a clarity of mind is a clarity of purpose. We've been very consistent in achieving our goals so far.

I like it! Let's do that.
