Another thought, would Beltorchika perhaps be able to recognize that Shinku is Char's kid? Cause one thing I've been thinking is that Shinku's lineage may be an open secret to a few people that knows about him.

A comedy series where the whole crew is made of Char clones getting into hijinks searching for the original. Every episode at least one random clone dies in an "accident," but they just show up later acting like nothing happened.
The fan favorite is Sombrero Char. He also has the highest death count.

QM put it on the last page, but apparently Beltorchika is on the ship. And as she was Amuro's fellow Mobile Suit designer and squeeze... well, Amuro is either AT her destination or WITH her. So yeah, diplomacy is needed unless we want things to rapidly spiral out of control.
