[*]Theater of the Absurd
Set of 12 porcelain dolls empty inside. If you fill a doll with the blood of a person, and then dress it up in a suit and give it a "ROLE", then the person will match it. Always will be. Blood the homeless and dress them up in SWAT suits and you will have a squad of people with SWAT skills. The physique also adapts to the role. Roles are very different. They say one day dolls dress up in Astartes costumes. People died in an hour, but 3 real Astartes also died.
Overpowered. If it had the effect of only making people think that that person was as they were dressed it would be good.

[*]Oblivion Wing
The dagger is inconveniently shaped. One cut is enough to bleed and it flies straight to the target's heart. When flying, destroys any protection. If a person dies with a heart attack (which pleases almost everyone except the Astartes), then the blade erases a person's Existence in this world. Memories of him are erased, images in paintings, his notes ... This person never existed. Dot.
After use, the blade moves to a random point in the world, where a person can theoretically access. Even into the sewer, even to the ball, even to the top of the mountain.
Also overpowered.

[*]Heretic's Piety
Once upon a time, an artifact of an unknown civilization in the form of a seal allowed only holy people to take control of itself, killing weak wills and delivering unbearable torment to stronger ones, of course, if they did not meet the criteria. After being corrupted by chaos, only a dark soul can take an artifact. Only a complete asshole can fully use it. Grants access to powers above the average psyker. Maybe
be used to read the memory (by reading the memory it will know if the criteria is met). However, one must be careful, because the artifact may decide that the new owner is more worthy.
Define a "seal", please. You mean like a badge of office?
Maybe only powers on the level of psyker at the start, and you can improve it over time.
Like the idea it can choose a new host.

Even one Astartes is a ludicrous force multiplier, for multiple reasons. Even if you only had one doll, I would need the idea to be modified more before giving it the okay
To create an Astartes, you need a detailed costume in which the doll is dressed up. Do many people know in detail what the Astartes wear? People cannot live with such strength, for an hour at most, then they literally burn out. And they are still weaker than the true Astartes. 12 won 3. The achievement is good, but not excessive.

[X] Further Secrets Revealed

I think people have odd ideas about what minor artifacts are.

[*] Dancing Baby Doll
Channeling the cuteness of an infant's uncoordinated attempts at dancing. This life like doll used minor amounts of warp energy to entrance the watcher for a few minutes. During which the cannot notice anything else.

My baby is dancing to music right now

Alright, I'm still not sure but I'll count it as valid

Neat, valid

Reminder for everyone:
Actually use the proper vote box if voting for a minor artefact

1. The dagger is actually disposable. After he moves to a random place , it will be almost impossible to find him.
2. If the blood of the victim does not fall on it, then it is the most common dagger, extremely uncomfortable. The ability to penetrate any defense is activated only when fresh blood enters.
3. They can always cut themselves.
4. If a Mechanicus or a man with metal prostheses fights against you, then you can hang yourself, the blood will not get on the blade and you will die.
5. It is extremely difficult for them to kill high-ranking people. You must be within striking distance of them.

The dagger is powerful, but very specific conditions are needed to unlock its potential.

These are good limitations/faults, but the thing I'm primarily worried about is if you kill someone by stabbing them in the heart, you remove them from existence. That's difficult to balance. If you killed someone high up, it have massive knock on effects.
I'm not fond of the dagger disappearing as well, it means you'd need to spend actions searching for it, with no way to know if it landed somewhere in the city, or on the other side of the planet.

[*]Rune alphabet.
Contains a brief description of demonic runes. The longer a person studies it, the more his intelligence falls. At the very end, he drops to the level of a 5-year-old child. He instinctively knows the demonic runes, but it is almost impossible to force a certain effect.
P.s. Are there demonic runes in Warhammer?

This can definitely be a thing, like a primer of a demonic language. There are quite of few of them I think

[*]Collar of Dissonance
If you put this collar on a person, then a 2nd version of his personality will be created, a dark reflection. It takes control of the body, the original personality becomes the observer. Sharpening in a cage. The dark personality wants to make the first personality and everyone around suffer. Therefore, she commits the most cruel atrocities, breaking the will and plunging the first person into madness. The distinctive attack of this creature is a wave of despair of the first person, a scream of horror heard in the head during the atrocities and did not find an outlet then, but now fell upon the enemies. This creature begins each of its battles with a mental narration of its history, showing its-not-its own fall and notifying its opponents of the imprisoned prisoner. The effect is enhanced by the fact that half of the face is still subject to the first personality and unbearable suffering is frozen on it and eternal tears are flowing, while the second half is in ecstasy. Only the second has the right to speak. The more time the first personality suffers, the brighter it was, the greater the dissonance, the stronger the resulting being. It obeys only the orders of the wearer of the collar.
P.s. If the collar is worn on the Saint and he wears it for 10 years, then with his psychic attacks he is able to force desertion and stop the resistance of the enemy regiment.
If this is not a Saint, then the effect is many times less.

[*] Ring of eidetic memory
This ring will allow the wearer to remember everything in perfect clarity from the moment they put it on. Memories are stored in the ring so successive users gain the memories of their predecessor. But since the memories are stored in the second someone takes it off, they lose all memories from the moment they put it on. Also, someone with a weak will can have their mind broken from the swarm of foreign memories.

I'm sure you didn't mean it that way, but that can come off as an attack on plural people. Maybe make it less about multiple personalities and more about demonic possession?

[*]"Blessed" Planner
If a drop of blood from a target is placed upon the paper then it revealed the targets planned schedule for the next week. Delays and stuff purposely placed off schedule won't be shown.
