Although I didn't think about "Mountainous World" meaning "Volcanoes", I am defiantly onboard with it. Keltist is now built on an active volcano, well done.
"Poisonous Atmosphere" might have had better synergy than "Almost Death World", but I can defiantly wrangle something up. Beastmen is going to be interesting, and ogryns will just be nice to have around.
"Old Houses" is going to be fun, already have some ideas.
I can't promise you'll be right next to the Eye of Terror, but "The Eye Blinks" should be very helpful. Or bad. Kinda depends. ;)
"Church Skippers" and "Commonplace Corruption" are definite bonuses, and they play nicely into "Redemptionist Paradise". Now the fanatics have something to be mad about!
"Watched from Afar". Ho boy. Don't even fully know what it'll be, but I promise you'll have enough time to build up strength. If other things don't kill you first...

Last part of the creation process should be up tomorrow. Hopefully we can have the first turn on Wednesday!

Well the Eye isn't the only Warp Storm around. You have others like the Screaming Vortex and the Maelstrom. Though being somewhat near the Eye of Terror and what was once was the heart of the Eldar empire would synergize well with the cults goals.

I've done a 1d100 roll to see how major the Warp Rift aaaaand I got a 9. Kay.
So I'm making up a one. Taking the chance to make something funny.

There is a lot of inspiration today.(I don't know how it happened. The truth is I don't know.)

Temple of the 5 Vices. Temple of Excess.
A place with an ideology equally heretical to both the Imperial Truth and the Cults of the Everthirsty. They say the Lady herself does not know how to behave towards them, so she simply ignores their existence.
The servants of the Temple believe in Vice, they believe that only after going through the greatest temptation, reaching the climax and going even further, you can put yourself above the Vice. Subdue him. And it is in this liberation and headship that the eroticism lies. All who have crossed over themselves in this Temple are in perfect control of themselves and have a pure mind. The most rational and insensitive worshipers of Slaanesh. Each of their higher Hierarchs despises mortals who cannot control themselves, who have not passed the Path.
Although it is called the Temple, in fact there are 5 separate complexes. A person enters each, and at best a half-mad corpse with lost health comes out, it is better not to know about the worst cases.
Each Temple sits on the safe edge of the warp, and many sorcerers have died for this effect. At the entrance to each Temple, a person's memory is erased, it will be returned at the moment of exit from it. Also, each Temple inspires its own Flaw in the thoughts of the one who enters PERMANENTLY. After a successful exit from the Temple, a person receives a small gift from Slaanesh.
I am not aware of ALL Temptations in which the personalities of the entered people are dissolved (there are too many of them), but the general principles are known.

In the Temple of Pride-Vanity, there are workshops, forges, chambers for comforts, dressing rooms, and dozens of other rooms, and hundreds of servants praise you for your skill, for everything in general. But over time, the mind of a person begins to collapse, to see mockery in everything, sidelong glances behind his back, contempt. Even the Temple itself begins to put pressure on a petty person who thinks too much of himself. There are several ways out of this situation. You can convince yourself of your greatness, thereby imposing peculiar chains on the mind and going crazy. You can just go crazy. And you can do what was hinted at from the very beginning. Become a master and earn a reason to be proud. Only masters come out of this temple in their minds. Blacksmiths, artisans, jewelers...
The list is big.

In the Temple of Wrath-Pain, you become the master of a dozen slaves and can do whatever you want with them. However, there is one thing, the Guardians are constantly present in the Temple, which every day harm you more and more, up to death. The only thing that can make them leave you alone is winning the duel. To do this, you must enter the Hall of Valor and meet with its head. And then lose to him for a long time. No, you can make 1 trial challenge to the guardian before gaining weapon mastery, but if you lose, you will be crippled. When you defeat the guardian, the head of the Hall summons you the next day. The chapter has a unique Artifact that makes its wearer faster the more anger is directed at it, so those who experience hatred lose. They cut off their legs and throw them into the street. Only masters of the blade/hammer/spear come out of this temple alive...
The list is big.

The Temple of Idleness-Sloth is the most coveted and most insidious. There is a ban on walking and you are carried through the galleries from feast to feast. The biggest beds, the best meals, beautiful dresses and jewelry. A place that everyone considers paradise. A place from which so few return. It is not easy to walk when your muscles have atrophied, it is not easy to walk when your liver has dissolved in alcohol, it is not easy to walk when your fat heart is trying to supply blood to your half-ton carcass. The only way out of this Temple is to train in the farthest and smallest sports room, and then go through the entire territory of the temple on your hands, because there is no direct ban on this. After reaching the penultimate door, the dogs will be lowered on you, and the only salvation is to overtake them in a deadly race to the exit from the Temple. Only a physically perfect person comes out of this temple.

The Temple of Lust-Pleasure is most like a brothel combined with a masquerade. Drugs, sex, pleasant music and quiet conversations with ladies are always in abundance in this Temple. However, as time goes on, you notice that the conversations get weirder, the familiar masks become less and less, and then they try to poison you. The first time is always unsuccessful. To get out alive, you need to find the killer and hold a trial on her. It's very difficult. Everyone lies, everyone wants to stab in the back, alliances are formed and broken in one day, and the killer continues his attempts. Only those who have learned to read other people's souls, who are excellently oriented in human society, come out of this temple. Schemer and diplomat.

The Temple of Avarice is an "endless" gallery of hundreds of works of art, gold and precious stones everywhere. Everything looks rich, even excessive. This Temple is the only one where there are no living servants. Gold and owner. Alone, because the rich are always alone in pursuit of an extra coin. In this Temple people go crazy with greed and loneliness. To exit the Temple, you need to unravel a lot of clues in the galleries, read hundreds of reports in the side rooms, look at dozens of models of "their" estates and ships, search many rooms, look at the films, and find several caches. From this temple emerge those who have sharpened their minds to such an extent that they revealed all the secrets of the temple and planned their escape. Wise men and strategists.

Everyone who has passed all 5 Temples is called the Perfect, or the Conqueror of Vice. Each of them is dangerous, each at the moment of becoming Perfect ... [FILE REDACTED]

P.s. I feel bad, finish me off.

Critical fail? I guess that is...bad or good for us, I suspect that lower the number, the more dangerous/stronger warpstorm is or something completely opposite. I suppose if we get natural critical fail we would be close to Eye of Terror

Oh no a crit fail would be like, a Warp Rift that spends a lot of it's time closed.
You wanna be near the Eye of Terror? That's prime real estate, you'd need at least 10 shinies for that. (jk)

For such a low roll, how about the least useful thing for a warp storm, one that is predictable. It has a weirdly regular pattern of starts and stops, so imperials know when to send stuff and when they will be out of contact, that way, we still get the storm, but the imperials send stuff to be ready for it

I think there is some confusion between a Warp Rift and a Warp Storm.
A Warp Rift is an area of real space that intersects with the Warp.
A Warp Storm is an area of warp space that is in turmoil, and so the Imperium's methods of travel and communication do not work.
From what I can see there is a great deal of intersection, and a Warp Rift might just be a Warp Storm that has breached reality, but anyway.

You were voting for a Warp Rift, a hole in reality, relatively near to Kelt's local space. The planet will not cut off (unless the WR gets some get activity rolls, because I will be doing those)

Do all these entries mean I can't really write up ideas for the temple to Nurgle under a lifebrininger/ fecundity aspect as I was planning? While I was away?

There are hundreds of cults dedicated to various aspects of the 4 Gods. It will be interesting to see your interpretation of the Temple of Nurgle.
And then I always get double heretics.

Given the volcanic nature of our planet and the fact that we are a hyperindustrialized hive city, it may be interesting to have a nurgle cult whose thing is industrial pollution and chemicals rather then pus and rot. I always thought that was an underutilized element of him in the setting.

I think I've decided how Infiltration will work, but I want to run it past you guys first.
Each time you do an Infiltration action you get one or two Infiltration points. You need five points to start infiltration; this is Level 1. To get to level 2, you need to get ten points. Every time you go up the amount of infiltration points you have resets.
The Max is Level 10. Once you fill that up with a hundred points, the organisation is completely under your control. All parts of it.
Sounds good?

Will there be different modifiers for implementation? It is logical that if we sponsor someone, then it is easier for us to infiltrate the organization, or if as a result of a riot some of the officers were killed and we promote our people to their places.

Can I ask what you mean by "implementation"? You mean the method of gaining Infiltration?

Undivided Dark Boon 1
Chaos can be a fickle thing, yet it is known to reward those who work towards its goals. Somehow, through twists of fate and the gulf of time, a Boon has been granted to The Human Ascension. Although they are only at the beginning of the path, they have the ability to go far; and this gift acts as an investment of sorts, and a temptation for what might be given for future efforts.

(This is only the first boon you will receive during the quest; Later you will be given ones for individual gods, as well as Undivided.)

[ ] Further Secrets Revealed
It seems the data files found by Valsen are more than tales of the old Aeldari. With aid from other cultists, she has discovered the pages are filled with secret meanings and hidden images. It will take a long time to understand them all; but perhaps they hold something of great worth…
(Gain The Aeldari Files as an Artifact. A collection of knowledge that has to be researched)

[ ] The Dark Voice
Someone, it seems, has taken note of the cult. In dreams it is heard, echoing as if from a great distance. It hints at many secrets, and gives promises of great power. It may guide you down paths you never even considered. It could also wish for you to serve as pawns.
(Gain The Dark Voice as a Modifier. Every turn you will receive a hint of unseen events, possible directions, or a bonus to actions.)

[ ] The Wretch
Some of you cultists have made quite a find. A frail ruin of a man; but one buzzing with psychic energy. His cries are filled with prayers to the Four, and draws dark symbols in the dirt endlessly. He could be of great use; but care must be taken.
(Gain The Wretched Witch as a Special Unit. Gives bonus to esoteric research)

[ ] Ruinous Artifact
Despite the best efforts of the Inquisition and other organizations, some dark items slip the net. One has made it to your cult, who have recognised it's significance and began to unlock it's potential. Its true nature has yet to be revealed however.
(Gain a minor Artifact. Can be improved with Research)

You can vote on one normal item, and one Ruinous Artifact, you design or someone else's.
You will only get one of these Boons. Not one of the first three plus an Artifact.

This is what I'm most looking forward to; the Boons of Chaos! They might get quite wild later on, but these first ones will be enough to get you going.

As I said, you will receive more Boons later on, primarily at Devotion breakpoints. You will also get them for individual gods. You will have the choice to reject such boons, although that might have consequences.

For Ruinous Artifact; suggest something! It has to be pretty minor, and reasonable; so no Daemon Swords. Not yet. You can say what it does, or just describe it and leave the rest to me! If you want to write in, just do a vote box then your idea!

Voting will begin after some time for discussion.

Also I'm going to give @Klackon their Omake Reward!

To remind people, I'm offering small Boons for good omakes. They can be Sidestory, which are canon, or Apocrypha, which are non-canon. The Boons will be related to the omake.

The only person who votes on this is Klackon, who gets to choose one.
Just choose with a [O], this is not an official vote.

[ ] "Beat" Cops

A group of former Clippers, fired for over-aggression, have joined the cult's ranks.
(Gain one squad of Enforcers - 10 bruisers. Give bonus to Martial and Intimidation actions)

[ ] Loose Lips? Not Any More
Sometimes you need to knock sense into people. And then vanish them
(Gain the System Enforced Silence: Cultists that share secrets a bit too freely don't last long. -5 chance of discovery)

[ ] Peaked Hat & All
A couple crooked cops can make all the difference.
(Three points of Clipper Infiltration, giving you a boost to starting the infiltration of them)

[ ] Perfect Spot
Sometimes you need a place where no one will hear the screams.
(Gain Holding: Abandoned Warehouse. Good place to do things that require silence)

(Edit: Don't need to wait to vote Klackon, you can do it whenever)

[ ] Further Secrets Revealed

This is so very in line with our goals. And we gain boost to research actions thanks to our leader. I will be voting for it.

@Dragonofelder are we supposed to vote for a boon and an artifact or just a boon or an artifact.
