Let's check on the possible threats.
Illya/Berserker - Probably the most challenging contender outside of Team Kotomine.
Rin Tohsaka - She isn't our friend in this timeline, so she could be a major threat. Her magic isn't really known to Miyuverse Shirou. She can summon EMIYA, so that's a problem.
Shirou Emiya (FSN) - Our other self is weak, but could possibly summon Arturia.
Team Kotomine - Kirei Kotomine, Cu Chulainn/Lancer and Gilgamesh. These three are power houses each in their own right. Kotomine is the weakest of the three and we could probably take him down, considering he's not at his prime anymore. We might even be able to use Assassin to assassinate him. Lancer is easily a match for us, even if Caster and Assassin supports. Gilgamesh? We'll need to use Unlimited Blade Works and our full power in order to beat him. If he gets serious, we're pretty much fucked.
Bazett - She might be a foe if she gets Lancer back.
Unknown Master(s) - Some out of town people could summon servants to use in battle. The Archer, Saber, and Rider slots are open.

AN: There'll be a short Serenity interlude at some point. Medea is still going through the loot, and you get to pick one extra loot that will vary the amount of knowledge you guys get.
Oh... certainly a few other Magi will notice Zouken's worms being dead.

You called for an ambulance after you were done with looting the Matou mansion along with Medea for anything that Sakura wouldn't care about.
Shinji's memories were blurred such that he did not remember that you were the one that punched him after a bit of Medea's magic touch.
As for Zouken… No one needed to know Zouken was dead yet.
The implications of his death would cause too much attention drawn to Sakura along with your own actions.
Keeping his death hidden until the end of the war would be useful for now.
As far as anyone knows, some angry guy just knocked on the door and punched Shinji because he thought the guy was a jerk.
It sounded strangely fitting.
Thanks to Medea, we were able to find a box hidden deep beneath the the underground workshop containing the schematics for the Grail System.
You weren't able to make a whole lot of sense of it compared to Medea, although you did memorize most of the pertinent points.
Such as the Grail system being based off mechanism from the world itself. The three founding families copied a mechanism from the world: the summoning of a hero's soul from the throne to use it as part of the Counter Force.
The current system where Heroic Spirits were summoned into containers was far weaker due to the vast difference of what humans and the world could provide.
Whatever these Grand Servants were, they were something that were beyond you and every Heroic Spirit you could imagine. Still, that wasn't particularly relevant.
What was more important was the true purpose of the Grail... which was to use all seven Servants as fuel and facilitate what was essentially, punching a hole into the Akasha.
"Haa… how completely unexpected…" You drawled as Medea elaborated on the schematics over dinner, making sure to place her share of fish onto her plate.
Sakura placed more rice on your plate, you narrow your eyes at the increased amount of carbohydrates on your plate.
"You either have to eat plain rice or take your fair share of fish to eat with it." Sakura said with a smile.
You decided not to be stubborn and not shove more of your share to Medea and Serenity.
"Thanks. Oh, what are you going to do with Shinji by the way?" You asked Sakura, who placed a finger on her chin before snapping it as an idea seemed to form.
"Ah! Well, nii-san would probably not eat enough of the hospital food since he's a bit picky. He likes Italian food, so I'll cook him some pasta for tomorrow."
You stare at Sakura before letting out a sigh of exasperation, "Honestly… you still care about him?"
"Yes, I do. We all have our own troubles, don't we?" Sakura seemed to forgive him quite easily.
Although that was likely due to her apparently watching and recording the scenes in the Matou Mansion using the scrying TV.
She must have rewatched it repeatedly to relieved her stress.
"Speaking of troubles, how are we supposed to get that wish if the Grail system is meant for something else?" You asked Medea who was multi-tasking in eating and reading through Zouken's notes.
"Mmm, well, it can still be used as a wish granting mechanism. All it needs is lots of mana and parts of the ritual to be fulfilled to enhance the Wishcraft aspect of Justeaze Lizrich von Einzbern."
"You lost me."
"She acts as the core of the Greater Grail and is the one that actually uses the prana gathered from the souls of defeated Servants to grant wishes."
"Ah."
Why couldn't Medea just summarize it like that the first time?

It was in her usual soft voice, however the slight tinge of fear in her voice suggested something wrong.

Medea came to your rescue by speaking up. "She means a being with Divinity… EHH?!" Medea suddenly reacted strongly to Serenity's words.
"This sounds like a very big deal. How come you didn't tell Shirou earlier?" Sakura calmly refilled your tea cup even as she asked her question.
"I did not want to distract my lord during his mission. As such, I retreated from the scene, erased my tracks and returned."
Serenity slid out from under the table and clung to your side as she delivered her report that was… very strange.
Serenity said that she wasn't certain who he was… "Servants have a spiritual form, rather than a mortal form. He has a mortal form and yet… There is immense power within and around him. I… I do not know who or what he is, I-I'm sorry my lord for not doing more. I should have gathered more information..."
You patted her head comfortingly while trying to ignore the strange circumstances on how exactly Serenity found this Servant that had a strong Divinity level and crazy amount of power. Focusing on the serious parts, you found the blonde hair and red eyes part extremely familiar.
For a moment you thought that it could be the King of Heroes, but it was unlikely that he could exist here without an anchor or a powerful mana supply.
Perhaps the other set of notes you took from Zouken could shed some light on it. (Pick one…)

Hmm. The first option tells us the most about the Einzbern, but I think this Shirou is already fully booked for little sisters. Sorry Fate!Illya.
The second option has the biggest chances of telling us what happened in the previous war, including Gilgamesh.
The final option just gives us a boost to command seals and stuff - useful if we want to steal even *more* servants, but it's already pretty busy here.
