It occurs to me that if Rin still summons EMIYA, and FSN!Shirō is still a Master, we'll have three Shirōs in this mess of a Grail War, and I'm especially looking forward to Miyuverse!Shirō encountering Archer, if he is summoned.
I don't know if anyone else has said this, but even with Shirō derailing things, the Fifth War still ended up with Caster and Assassin under the same Master.

The naming convention. Looking at the names of bosses, those that had titles or a descriptive phrase attached to their name often had it placed before their personal name, ex: Dragonslayer Ornstein, Executioner Smough, Crossbreed Priscilla, Dark Sun Gwyndolin, Chaos Witch Quelaag, Great Grey Wolf Sif, Scorpioness Najaka, Duke's Dear Freja, etc. Angelica's official name fits the convention too well.
