Name: Doctor Will E. Coyote
Description: He's wearing a lab coat like any proper mad scientist should. His coat, however, is rather roughed up with the many accidents he got caught in. Other than that, he has a bit more muscle than the average mad scientist. Somehow, he still retain his brown hair, beard and body with nary a scratch nor scar despite enduring explosions, violent impacts and other things. While someone would want to investigate that oddity, he doesn't care about it himself so long as he can keep going.
Backstory: Mad scientist that is usually out in the wilderness to capture specific exotic animals in order to study and replicate specific traits. Sadly, he has yet to be successful, as his 'plots' tend to not only be too simple-minded or over-complicated, but also blow up in his faces. Despite setbacks, he show no sign of stopping.
Has a jealous grudge against Red, who sure didn't seem to have any issue.
Skill Levels: Research 2 | Operations 0 | Espionage 1 | Combat 4
Starting Inventions:
-Rocket Vehicle (They are a perfectly good method of travelling fast! You... just need to fine-tune the brakes a bit.)
-Super-powered (according to him) bombs (That don't tend to go off when they should.)
Because why the hell not? Combat 4 justified by surviving shit he really shouldn't.

...Still, a net was probably not going to cut it. He really should work on a weapon for a better way to capture specimen while they tried to kill him. And while he was at it, a set of bars was probably not going to be enough, so he should work on that too.
