Death World creature quest

[X] get our meat in and burrow deeper after making sure we dont get flooded from rainfall after all this eat the rest of the meat.
[X] investigate- use our senses to see whats happening above while we work.

That's kinda what scares me.
From someone that has known him for a long time, you have seen anything yet.

Ohh~

That beat, so those are the stats for the Centispider... makes me wonder what the stats are for the toad.

Betting we won't see them until the sucker is confirmed dead or devoured by us.

There it is. Was waiting for it. I'm mostly shocked and amazed at what u can pull from a drawing of a damn eye.
Spoilers:
I'm astonished that this:

Was accurately pulled from this:

Edit: vote so far
And now I'm more scared.
I'm glad to know I inspire such fear and awe in my fellows. Shame that it was merely elementary to me, my fellow readers. I would explain how I came to conclusion but my methods are my own...also those of every palentologist/tracker/animal behaviourist out there. :D

Just ignore the hole in the ground Mr. Gecko. Focus on that juicy looking worm thing.

Interresting quest already. I already love our protag, even with his simple wormy personality. We wil be the mightiest in ZA WURDO!

Diggy diggy hole.

It's raining. We live underground. This should have fairly obvious consequences.
We need a Y-trap so we don't get flooded out. Our burrow should run deep down the bottom of the Y so that water can run down the long neck of the Y connecting to the surface, collect far below us and soak into the ground at the bottom of the Y's tail, while we stay dry in the short upward neck of the Y. It's not an immediate threat, but something we need to work on if we're going to be ground-dwelling.
Unless we're also aquatic. If we're aquatic and burrowing, all bets are off there.

That got done.

A reminder:
Losing Larval Stage Travis 24hrs in game.
Anyway we could keep the Burrow Trait? I'm don't loosing the rest too much cause they aren't as important to our current in-game lifestyle.

Anything else going to change with the loss of the larval stage, maybe a change of appearance or some such? If so, then man are we going to be in for a surprise. Larva almost never look like the final product of the metamorphosis...we are going to look like Centaspider aren't we. We ate its genetic material, and already sort of look like it to begin with. Was Centaspider Momma?

Burrow is a trait unique to the larval state adaptation, allowing you to temporarily scavenge in (Relative) safety, until the first meal is acquired. At that point, the metamorphosis into a more capable creature is triggered, incorporating whatever DNA you have sampled thus far.

Once the time limit is up, you will lose the larval adaptations and take on a look more related to the creatures you've eaten.

So how many hours would you say its been? 6 or 7 hours?

You've been conscious for about 20 minutes so far.
