Incredibly close vote, really thought the other would pull through.
As a result of the Two Year vote there are a couple of things for you guys to vote on. First is some bonus actions that would sort of fill in missing time, no actual story for them just things you would have had the time to do in background two years. Such as practicing to remove the Tongue debuff, learning how to mimic human voices (Coping exactly what you heard like a parrot), Learning Human Language ( not very much but it might be helpful )
Another thing you get to vote on are two traits to gain. My original plan was for you guys to get these every year Azula gets older but well, that didn't exactly happen to plan.
So anyway you get to vote on two Tyrannosaur/Spinosaur traits (plus a couple of extras) that you could have chosen in Char Gen, hooray! The last meta vote is the extent of the sabotage on site B, take note this will have consequences for the rest of the quest.
Otherwise this should be the last meta vote and once it's done we'll get back to your irregularly scheduled Dino. I still won't put a scheduled end time or moratorium for the same reason I stated before.

Modern Science had once again proven that a Tyrannosaurus wouldn't have actually been able to roar. Instead it would hum, now that might not sound to scary on its own. But the sound is so deep and strong that it would likely cause everything for several miles to shake like the water glass in the original movie, might even cause small animals to have heart attack at full size. (Picking this option will not prevent you from roaring like the movie T-rex)

This is what I'm thinking.
Azusa being able to better replicate human voices is just fun and could be useful the next time we encounter people.
Spending more time with Morada is a no brainier I think we can all agree.
The combination of smell and relentless means that if there's someone or something that we're looking for Azula can track and pursue it across basically the entire island.

the uncoordinated tongue helps with some issues if we need to grab food from somewhere...as for the Humming? that allows us to not only "talk" with our sister, but also spend time with her from elsewhere on the island so she is kept nice and cozy...while spending Time with Morada will probably help her...maybe?
extreme digestion will allow us to eat literal garbage, if not eat almost anything else besides meat...
as for sabotage, some effects is allowed i think which would allow them to track and search for the culprits...and piss off the doc for a good bit.

Ok so learning how to read and derive context from exit signs and warnings is a big advantage when it ccomes to being in an InGen / Jurassic Park facility, not to mention it'd also be an amazing scene for the scientists to realise that yes, the big, scaly, disturbingly well-adjusted chimera can now read.
(Also idle thought, but I just thought of a scene where - because Azula interprets the meanings of the warnings from the colours, she uses a cut on her claw to scratch out a red danger-warning.
Meanwhile Wu and the scientists are watching through the cameras in growing realisation - and a little creeped out)
Spending more time with Morada is self-explanatory.
For the traits, I picked Extreme Digestion so we aren't as picky when it comes to what we consider "food" and thick skinned because pairing our absolutely broken (/affectionate) regeneration with thick-skinned means that nothing short of dedicated anti-tank weaponry is gonna stick.
That, and I have an idea for an Omake where a scientist bemoans that they had to figure out novel ways to draw blood from Azula without having the syringe getting stuck because she's healing around them / over them.
I'm gonna be putting my sabotage vote seperate from the plan if that's okay, @Vault166?
