For this one, I'm just going with vibes, since we're just voting on what happens rather than just on Yon's own decision-making.
 
I don't have a clear idea of how the latest update affected Yon's alignment. Tactics could be Storm Lord for combat or Knowing flame for knowledge, or both, spending time with Cinder is probably minor Lotus Prince but didn't get any screentime. Reworking the recipe might be Storm Lord for the move towards mundane ingredients and processes, but I don't think that'll count for much until there's a working recipe.

For the vote options, medical work is probably Harvestfather, the other two options are too vague to guess ahead of time.

Medical work lets Yon demonstrate a useful skill set, and might ingratiate someone. The other choices . . . maybe determine how good the ships warp shields are? probably all three do if that's the case, with medical care presumably being the middle option, and the choice as whole determining whether warp travel is safer or better for cultivating, with attendant consequences

I figure that medical duties is going to win, but the higher up we push this the more chaos is going to happen anyways due to unanimity. If we can keep them even we can maybe get close to having both!
