Moth and Grail? Grail to represent the desires, lists, and carnal pleasures, and Moth to represent a shifting of that deepest yearning?
The Subversion principle should work here, probably something like blunting all sensory sensations and losing touch with your emotions.
Grail and Winter, to make a ritual that dulls pleasure, ends interest, and leaves one apathetic or stuck in malaise.
I would rather assume that it would encourage a person to immerse themselves in their memories, forgetting about the world in a stream of sweet nostalgia.
Moth primary, Lantern secondary, to show a mind closed and shadowed, struggling to form connections or find secrets. A covering of the light of knowledge and understanding that someone normally would have.
A moth is always subverted by a lantern, to get around this it is necessary to put another principle between them.
Moth and Knock, to hide the paths and make secret the ways, to confuse their sense of direction and leave them feeling lost and blocked from any progress.
Subversion knock everything except SH, so it's more likely to work the other way around.
Edge and Forge, to show all machines near them suffering, their creations breaking down, their works left unsound and damaged.
The mechanisms are not necessarily inherently related to the forge. This combination is more likely to lead to a fire-related accident.
Moth and Forge, to leave all insight stymied, ask inspiration vague and far from forthcoming. To leave them in a state of frustration and inability to make progress.
The forge, like the moth, promotes transformation both externally and internally. Together, they are likely to double this effect. This combination probably causes him to develop cancer or some other harmful mutation.
 
Sane. Please. I want to have money left over after this for more Influences.
Same. I'd be for a summon and sacrifice if we'd gotten a dappled wing level summon, but the sun sparks are too difficult to use for that.

Okay, still for having Charlotte hit us with a Heart influence, should guarantee we heal at least one wound.

With that in mind one of the two AP can go to The Wax Trail, with a heart influence the first stage should be simple.

The other AP... Grail lesson?
 
Another question: do we want to risk drawing more attention and suspicion by stealing books or artifacts via Wing, or stay on the down low for now?

I'd be down for that. Or possible finding more spirits in the Blank Plains, since they seem more potent than the ones in the Woods. Or starting on socializing Sol early.

Probably sick them on more ritual searching, since that seems low-key enough, and even the lowest-tier result is useful.

I don't want to do that and the wax trail on the same turn when already down 2 health, for health reasons. We probably won't die, but we don't want to get noticably hurt. That would be suspicious.

  • (Wing #2) Look for rituals

I suggest that spend your free time studying the grail and invoking the influence of the heart to heal.
Also, let's still summon Teresa now that the cost is reduced and we can further reduce even more by keeping an eye on the materials of our minions.

We will try to summon two Sun Sparks, and learn Winter to help with it. I would like for us to find out in character what's up with Christopher and we will explore the Woods. I really want us to find the temple of the Wheel. It's our heritage. One Dappled Wing will search for artifacts and the other will help Delilah. Charlotte is going to spend time with Damsel. Damsel should have a familiar face keeping her company, while we do other important things. We can talk to her later when we do Grail Influence.

I also don't have us taking medicine so that the doctor is not too suspicious of us. Taking the more expensive medicine is wasteful if we don't spend at least an action on recovering, which we are too busy to do.

We can invoke the influence of the heart, which will be taken into account during the healing roll.
It's better to talk to Damsel to make sure that there are no problems, we can talk to the newcomer later.

Decided I'd rather go for the Grail lesson this turn to hit Grail 3 and find out what our boon is. We can start doing more social stuff again next turn with the benefit of an extra +5 (+10 w/ AotL) and the boon effect, whatever it is.

We did more a less stab him in the back. It falls to us to see what the result of our deeds are.

I doubt that we will summon Grail influence again soon and we would not be able to delay with Damsel, so no point to wait for it in regards to other socials.

Also as was mentioned Christopher is gone, better to spend action on befriending other advisors.
The sooner we finish inner circle socials the sooner we have additional actions.

Also I'd rather recover some health before going on expedition, while we have health pool to take damage it appears that we don't have free actions to properly heal.

Since the scrying ritual was a task for us, I think we should at least look at what Christopher is trying to do.
