It Belongs to a Museum

Does anyone have any idea what method Pahtsekhen will use for the safeguard and nurture of the spirit?
I mean, it's unlikely that the princess would agree to simple necromancy, especially since it's pretty easy to get such magic on the vampire coast without our help.

The best weapons should still be in use and are damaged weapons really flash enough for our first exhibition hall? That said, black powder weapons can have barrel wear that makes them unusable without affecting them cosmetically and there has been notable technological improvement down the years such that there can be obsolete but historically interesting examples. Still, I'd want to get a history minded gunsmith or engineer if we go for a development (and how it goes through Neheraka) themed exhibition.

We will want the Dread Abyssal but extracting a museum ship piece by piece from a ship in regular use is going to be a long slow, project. And a proper ship display space in general is going to be serious infrastructure.

Lizardman trinkets are visually impressive, provide local colour, something new to study and we can get hold of a good selection relatively quickly because people aren't using them. The best starter collection. If it leads to a collection of preserved Lizardmen supplying itself all the better.

We are a vastly experienced aristocrat. How can we not meddle?

Step on manlets! Shave the manlets! Gunpowder is Nehekharan invention! Filthy manlets didn't, don't and will never create anything of worth!

This is fantasy museum quest, after all. Those academic circles will be most beffiting us.

With our original contact for acquisitions being the princess we are going to have an easier time getting elven goods. and as the elves are unlikely to part with their ships and don't use much gunpowder I think melee weapons is the best synergy with our previous choices.

We already have someone who wants us for prestige, so I must go with Power or Grief as the levers to be used on the princess. The beginning of corrupting her through teaching (not that the character will think he's doing that). And I favour either lots of lovely weapons that our pirates can be proud of or a single ship to please our patron.

So I'm thinking, Prestige is the best option for actually letting us curate, and opening up avenues that will let us potentially do more curating. Fleet of Hulks not only gives us exhibits, but potentially provides pre-existing thematics locations for future naval exhibits. The Dread Abyssal does the same, but less so and only for the specific subject/culture we'd be making it the center piece of.

In both cases, having ships as our initial exhibit facilitates my desire to have a Black Ark as the crown jewel of our Druchi section.

I want real knowledge in the museum, not dumb blades^^

It's the best suited to a museum. And who knows, a joint Nehekharan-Asur museum could be interesting

It makes sense—it hits our museum's themes, the museum itself is located where Harkon first made landfall, and we can always pretend it's a trophy taken from the pirate king if the wrong sort of people begin poking around.

As for the other vote... Grief is very tempting, but I kind of want to use this as a springboard into other parts of Asur culture.
