A good guideline for each turn is to have at least one action on cult work, one action on socializing, and one action on learning the lores. We should not start skipping work until something urgent comes up, so that we won't be as suspicion when we NEED to skip work.

Grail was probably the most important lore with the last character, and I assume we will be needing it again. Given that we just gained a scarp of Grail, if we can get to level 2 we may be able to research a ritual for it. Given that we have such low level in all the lores, for now I think searching is the best idea.

Here is a plan that uses the fifth action to socialize more, trying to befriend Christopher as we will be working closely with him to find new rituals.

I think checking out the Loremaster might be better than recruiting for now.
For recruiting people we might want to up our Grail more.
I think it's better to spend this time building relationships with the inner circle.
We are quite dependent on both knowledge and materials that only they can have.
That makes sense. Though I'd like to recruit from our congregation soon since I'm hoping if we induct enough of them the suspicion from taking more time off work would be lessened.

By the way who is the loremaster in the cult this time?
 
Currently for a plan I'm thinking take 1 extra action at work to get 5 total actions. 2 actions getting knock and Moth to 1 for the benefits to summoning and searching. 2 actions searching the woods(1 looking for summons one general exploration). Then the final action to recruit from our congregation.

Should get us some decent groundwork on our lores, task and developing our following.

Ie

Total: 4+1(less time at work) = 5
1 Knock
1 Moth
1 Search for summoned creatures
1 Explore the Woods
1 recruit from congregation

The thing is, we're not really pressed for time with that 3-month deadline. Is it really all that necessary? Skipping work I should clarify.

A plan that involves using our teacher to bootstrap ourselves up in the several lore's we'll be needing for the mission. We need either a summons or a ritual, so I figure Knock and Forge keep our options open towards whatever it is we're likely to find either in the Mansus or out in the world. We have the time to learn, we should take that opportunity. I don't really want to get a Grail lesson this early, but if people want to recruit from our flock I agree it would be wise. I'd prefer investing in our Heart, though, so here's a small variant, which I also added talking to another member instead of IRL searching. I'm open to talking to another member if there's consensus.

I might suggest we work on Lantern and Knock this turn, since our patron has already helpfully kicked us up a level of Grail. Lantern is needed for study, and while we're not the Loremaster we still need to comprehend all these rituals we're looking for.

Speaking of the Loremaster, we should start nurturing that partnership ASAP.

I like this one, we're not pressed for time and I don't want to immediately start setting our congregation on edge so I think we should just pick up the basic lores necessary for our job and go from there, no need to rush things just yet.

I don't think Forge is the best option here. If we are going for 3 lessons, I'd say it would be Knock, Grail and Lantern or Moth. Lantern helps us learn, Moth is good to navigate the Woods right now.
I don't mind swapping Forge with Lantern, but The Forge's Redemption likely makes some kind of appearance in this quest, and if we stay a Heart main we'll get really good at casting it with some Forge.

Before we get on with anything too crazy, setting up some good foundations seems like a priority. This plan focuses on building up a working relationship with our inner cult fellows, which will likely help with our future pursuits into rituals, the Mansus, etc.

I wasn't present for much of the last run, but we should take our time with this, we don't have the same pressure as before, what with an enemy breathing down our necks.

It's the first turn. Relationship building or Lore learning can be done in any order as long as we do both, which I do think is a good idea; I just want to prioritize a strong Lore foundation before we go and meet the crew.
