This plan will get my vote. This a good time to ally with the Basilikon Astra thanks to our recent success. Metamaterials is both an obligation and a thing that will probably lower the cost of Ghoststone production, its short for metaphysical materials after all. Initiation Protocols in Hexagramic Wards and Efficient Durability are both things that will help with the next chaos incursion. Not only will the wards be more durable in general but by disseminating the knowledge of how to make them we both gain the ability to make more faster and get insurance against the techniques being lost if the people who know how to make them get killed.

The Machine God's holy number is 2 for binary, and the sacred number of Adeptus Mechanicus is a 12

The Explorator representative, Magos Liraek, spoke up. "The practical applications are broad. During expeditions, combatants could defend sensitive relics without fear of taint, and operatives will be prepared for the unknown."

"Indeed," Iomede replied. "Each operative will undergo rites of fortification, equipping both mind and machine with resilience. This doctrine will create cohesion among combatants, a seamless integration of PsyTech in everyday battle operations."

I want to get the last of the doctrines taken care of, and efficient durability has been a high priority for me for a long time as well. Metamaterials seems like it can go very interesting directions and would be incredibly useful as well, and this is the perfect time for the alliance. After this I would be okay with starting solar exploration actions next turn.
